Henry's Camera

Today we went in to purchase a $4000 camera for my daughter. The customer service at this location was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We received nothing but attitude from one sales person when we were trying to figure out what the problem was. The associate and manager were not interested in listening or trying to help. We finally got the issue sorted after having 3 people ask questions. We only received a very sad half apology and excuses for their behaviour and attitude.

Very helpful and courteous staff offering a wide variety of services and great prices. They were even kind enough to talk about and option that I was looking at purchasing second hand. Ultimately I went with their recommendation and picked up nice starter camera. The Z30

I visited this location for a return and they told me they charge a 10% restocking fee for all purchases from other locations. Although I returned the item within the 15-day time they were insisting it is their policy. So they just wanted $150 free money

This is to thank Kyle M. at Brant str. Henry's, for his patience and professionalism and for doing an excellent job taking my disabled daughter's passport pictures. Not an easy task.

Recently visited with questions about a used lens that Henry's was selling online and walked out after ordering it! While it was the end of the day and I came in with more than a few questions, I really appreciated the help that they provided. The payment system seemed a bit difficult to work with and was causing a few errors so I also would like to thank them for working through those as well. Thank you again!

I had to re-do some photos for a Malaysia visa because of very specific requirements. Kyle, Brandon and Audrey went above and beyond setting up proper background and lighting to make sure my pictures would be accepted. Very professional! I could not recommend better service.

Staff are super friendly and all seem to have a wealth of camera knowledge.Only downside are the prices. They are very expensive. Also they wanted to give me a very small amount of store credit for my cam which I was able to sell on Kijiji for much much more.Also no music playing makes the store a bit uncomfortable imo

Friendly fast service. Got my passport photos very quickly. Kids keep themselves occupied in the colouring corner! Thank you!

Went to Henry's to take passport photos thinking that Henry's should do the best photos.It turned out we had bad photos. I would not recommend Henry's for passport photos.

If i could give a zero star, I would. On March 5th at 4:34pm Me and my daughter walked into Henrys to get my 6 year old passport picture done. There was zero customers in the store with 3 employees standing behind the counter. I asked if i could get a passport picture for my daughter and they told me sorry our cut off for photos is 4:30pm keep in mind the close at 5 pm. They said for me to drive 20 mins to hamilton as they are opened late or go to walmart. I said I'm 4 mins past 4:30pm and they said yeah sorry cant help you. On the website it say passport printing 15 mins. The manager at this store need to speak to these 3 employees working that day as that is awful customer service. I never complain but i was so upset that i had to review. Went to the shoppers at 2211 Brant Street and tgey completed my daughter's photo, had it printed and even brought other items before 5pm. Just because you want to go home on sunday right when your doors close doesnt mean you refuse service while still open. Just go see Gurpinder at shoppers drug mart, she was a pleasure to deal with a did a great job!. Photo shows the time stamp of when i was done at shoppers yet they refused to serve my daughter.
