The washroom in the pathology is disgusting. I got UTI after using it for stool collection. They never clean the washroom. Beware

Very little wait, efficient, friendly staff.A bit hard to find, but definitely come here instead of going to the nearby Lifelabs location where you will get yelled at for not knowing their booking procedure AND wait forever...

Do not waste your time. RUDE nurse, whatever she is. I called two days ago and asked specifically if I could get a blood test with the referral I have and she said yes no problem, it'll just cost. But had attitude. No problem. Went in today and she said no they don't take my referral and they're also closed for emergency. Theres no note on the door about it. I said I just spoke to you the other day so I don't waste my time and you said yes. (I remember her bc her accent) she said it doesn't matter were closed anyway.Disgusting.

I am really impressed with the service provided. I registered on-line and was called in almost immediately when I came. The phlebotomist (I think her name is Lilla) was nice and super experienced. thank you!

I have not had such a bad experience in my life.I was at the clinic with my wife. I wanted to use the washroom instead I was confronted with a very rude receptionist who said the wash room is for customers only. I am here with my wife who is giving blood and I am dressed in a suit to have her tell me this is not a public washroom, this is rude and frankly should never happen to anyone.I would recommend rehiring the staff. I didn't come dressed down or looking like a holigan.I was best dressed in the waiting room yet she had the audacity to treat me like a outsider trying to use a washroom.Treat others with respect. Worst experience I have ever had.

Much better than life labs because if you go to life labs anyone without an appointment is treated like a foreigner and has to wait 2 hours. Here I waited 10 minutes. I would have given them 5 stars, but my doctor has not received the bloodwork and it's been more than 24 hours. Apparently, he called Dynacare at Brampton and they apologized for the delay as they are short-staffed? I guess this is why my doctor always recommends life labs because he gets the bloodwork from them quick. If you do not need your bloodwork right away this is the place to go. Otherwise, your doctor will not receive the bloodwork within 24 hours.

Very rude phlebotomist... waited with my kid for more than 25min (when the waiting time on the screen was 1min), and it was delayed because the lady had a conversation with the previous client about her dogs, and her life the life in Canada.Very un-professional, causing unnecessary delays for the clients!!! If you need to do some labs work done, please go to some other place!!!
