After buying a bug infested Zinus bed from amazon we called Graywolf for help. At first they were prompt and we paid them 100$ for an inspection which they didn't see anything, and an additional 350$ for a preventative treatment, which they said would kill any bugs in our house. We continued to get bitten, they became argumentative and required photographic proof and refused to believe there were bugs, telling me customers always give them incorrect and or inaccurate information, unfortunately by this time bugs have spread to a second room. They found 1 bug after the second inspection and came back did another treatment, but sadly there are still bugs and now these guys want more money. These guys botched the job and are unprofessional, and now we have 2 children with autism that have bed bug bites. Graywolf really wasted our time and money, they will not honour their warranty or refund our money, beware of Graywolf.

We have had Gray Wolf pest control spraying our property for a few years now. We have a 70 year old house, and I can count on one hand how many bugs I see in a year. I am blown away. Had to ask for a spray with very short notice as we were having construction started on our house and they were extremely accommodating.Would definitely recommend!
