All of the staff here are very friendly. Dr. Barnsley gave my cat a thorough exam including helpful nutrition info re: what to feed my cat. Would definitely recommend this vet clinic.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Every staff member is so kind and patient with my more than a little vocal kitty. Also, Dr. Alice is such a gem, I hope we can keep her forever. I also think the pricing here is more than fair and I've never had anything suggested that seemed unreasonable.Anyway, to sum this up. This place is amazing!February 2023 edit:Since my last review we have also seen Dr Charlie. He has also been super good to my kitty, however I have seen that he is leaving later this year. My five star rating still stands!

Dr Alice Chan is the best veterinarian I've ever seen to date. Not only is she a great and carrying vet but she's also wonderful person.

We had our boy Rogan booked with Dr. Charlie who took the time to thoroughly go through Rogan's medical files and health certificates. He is a very precise and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. Amazing Vet!Very professional and friendly team of veterinarian's and support staff. Highly Recommended.

Best clinic I been going there for more than 10 years.just wish there was weekend service it’s difficult to make it during weekends with an 8-5 schedule

Honestly, Dr. Charlie is the absolute best. My girl Khloe is so comfortable with him and he has worked such magic with her and her eye situation. I will always recommend him. Thank you to Dr. Charlie and the team! So responsive and helpful always. I appreciate you all so much.

Alice Chan has been our vet for almost 15 years and she is one of the most amazing people I've ever met. I trust her 100% when it comes to my fur babies. The entire staff there is out of this world and they are so respectful and compassionate. I cannot recommend Rocky Ridge enough.

I have been going to this clinic for a number of years. Sarah Barnsley is our vet. There are really no words to convey how wonderful she is as well as all of the staff at this clinic. I had to say goodbye to my 16 year beautiful Daca and they made the process so caring and loving and PEACEFUL!! They 100% understood the breaking of a heart through the loss. This review is not based of my amazing service I have received from Dr.Alice Chan. She was great with my elderly German shepherd. I sadly had to put down this past December.This review is for the horrible front end staff that gave attitude because I was running late for an appointment today. I’m sorry but you guys have had me wait in my car for an hour or more for an appointment when my dog was very poorly for a scheduled appointment . I was late 15 min for my cat and it was the end of the world. I have spent thousands upon thousands at this clinic and will no longer be using your services. I don’t know what has happened to your clinic but the front end staff were compassionate and accommodating in the past. Even over the phone my partner was told to figure it out and get back to them.I realize I was late for the appointment by 15 minutes and this was my fault. But I don’t like the condescending looks and responses. This was very unprofessional and I would have totally understood me being late may have been an inconvenience. But it was the responses from your unprofessional staff in the front that I have decided to seize using your services.

My chihuahua had to have surgery which was very stressful for her and me! I trust Dr. Charlie which is why I drive 30 mins to him because he really understands small dogs and how sensitive they are. When I arrived to pick up my dog today the nurses had shown me photos of her. They cuddled her all day in a blanket so she wasn’t scared or alone. I really appreciate how good they were with a scared little dog and JoJo and I are both so grateful! I also find the prices quite reasonable (less than I was anticipating).
