It was a long journey, but once I was in Dr. Liszka’s office everything happened according to plan. I’ve had my four implants for 8 months and couldn’t be happier. I would do it all again. Thank you Dr. Liszka, you and your staff are the best.

This was my second time to EndoPerio Calgary to see Dr. Erin Mackenzie. She is truly caring of her patients and her staff. She was guiding a new assistant through the process with respect & support. She ensured that I was comfortable through the process. I truly appreciate how she has casual conversations during the procedure as this helps patients to feel calm. I am good with dentists, but I can assure you that if you have any worries or concerns, Dr. Mackenzie will ease you through it.

Dr McKenzie and her staff were awesome. Had 2 Root Canals done, everything went great. Her gentle approach and caring staff made it a painless and stress free appointment. I will definitely be returning if I’m ever in need of this service again.

I would highly recommend choosing a different endodontist in Calgary. After being referred to Erin McKenzie for tooth pain and a 3D scan, I ended up with a root canal and bleaching. It got badly infected post procedure, Erin failed to provide any eduction to me after my initial root canal as she had been running late and rushed to another patient. She was negligent to respond fully to a text message when I had an allergic reaction and ended up in urgent care due to the antibiotic she prescribed. She prides herself in being available to her patients but is quick to dismiss their concerns, interrupts her patients and is seriously rude.As you can read in other reviews here and on rate MD, her bedside manner needs serious intervention. One minute she’s smiling telling you she cares, the next minute you bring up a concern or question you are demeaned and told you “obviously don’t trust my opinion” after asking a question. This is the first doctor I’ve ever dealt with who is dismissive, rude and condescending. She proceeded to hang up on me on the phone and name called me after her receptionist told me to call her cell phone during business hours at 3:50pm.I asked for a full refund on the bleach that was not effective after mutually choosing to see a different endodontist after such a horrible experience. She refused to give the full amount back even after my family dentist reached out asking the same.I am appalled by her unprofessional behaviour. I hope others are able to see past the initial friendly smile and chose an endodontist who actually cares for them and is able to respond professionally when their patients have questions and concerns. Stay far aware from this practice and dentist and be prepared to be told you are the problem, called a liar as a patient, and if you bring up anything that she feels threatened by, you will be told it’s your fault. Erin needs to be held accountable for the way she treats patients and choosing to respond defensively and dismissively as a health care professional dealing with patients daily is unacceptable.I would suggest keeping emails, phone conversations and texts as she will twist your words and blame you. I’m glad I caught on quickly and was able to do this. This whole experience was awful and could have been dealt with professionally and with understanding and care, but she chose the opposite and blames her patients instead of taking accountability.Update from your response: I have kept all text messages, phone call records and phone calls. I had no contact with you on Dec 25th as you accused. I did not call you all hours of the night and I have recordings of you name calling. I have not received the refund either. Your reply is exactly what I was sharing about. Thanks

Gorgeous office and convenient location. Dr. McKenzie is the most knowledgeable specialist I’ve ever had. Wow, like a step-by-step of what was required and the plan of action. I appreciate that the office is high tech and imaging is required.

Awful experience. I was subjected to a right wing/anti-Trudeau rant while being operated on. It was rude, bullying and unwelcome.Edit: Owner response below is untrue. Nothing was mentioned of any vaccine. And they were the one who brought politics into what should be a benign situation. Dentist remained intransigent and hostile when mentioned and approached about the inappropriateness of her comments and behaviour, while I was under local anesthesia and mouth held open ready for a root canal, after procedure was completed. Will consider complaint to licensing body.

The Royal oak dental office gave me 2 options to fix an area near the gum line of my tooth tooth. Either a veneer or gum graphing. Both of them were roughly the same but I decided to go with graphing. I got referred to Endo Perio, waited for months, got the procedure, and after the healing my gum line looked exactly the same as before.

Dr. Erin McKenzie and her assistants are amazing. I was referred by my primary dentist here for a root canal and I am so glad I was treated by Dr. McKenzie. She is super sweet and friendly, and made sure my all questions are answered. My entire procedure was painless. The office is clean and the reception staff are knowledgable and explained my billings very well.

We were able to get in very quickly for an emergency root canal for our daughter. The staff were very friendly and were able to get the procedure done so quickly, and they were comforting to my daughter during the procedure. Thank you!!

I am the patient of Dr. Luke Liszka since 2019, had gum grafting, dental implant and crowns at Endo Perio. I am very happy with the treatment results. Dr. Liszka is very professional and passionate about his job. Highly recommend him and his incredible team!
