Very clean. Well laid out despite their limited space in the Trinity Drive Plaza strip. Staff was very helpful. Got in, found the work boots I needed and paid in under 15 minutes!! Store wasn't busy at the time (6 pm on a Tuesday) so there was only a handful of people in the store and 1 person in line ahead of me at the checkout.

Went in for work boots and noticed that their casual clothing business seems to be doing well. I like alot of their stuff as much or more than Old Navy (and stores like this)

This is my last trip to this store. The employees are not helpful or pleasant whatsoever. Several articles of their mens work wear clothing had long dog hair all over them, being allergic to dogs my allergies fired up and my left eye got a hair in it and swelled shut by the time I got to the parking lot. NEVER goin back again!

Great place to find work or casual close. What I liked the best someone wasn't bugging you while I was shopping and trying things on but when I need help they were right there to help I love that.

Finally I got my winter wear and shoes. Amazing clearance sale is on. I wish they have kids stuff as well. Amazing quality.

I have never had a good experience at Marks. The employee's do not speak kindly, and they huff and puff when you ask them where something is like its not their job to do. The cashiers don't put the customers first, and are distracted in conversations when customers are waiting. Also, there is almost no women's work wear. I'd suggest finding your workwear someone else, because the customer service truly ruins the experience and makes you feel unwelcome.
