True Auto Care

I had my CRV in for the tire changeover and balancing. All was done in the time promised. The multi-point inspection was also done, a very thorough and detailed report.

I called this morning to get a crack in my windshield repaired, new tires, and also brighter head lights installed. It was all completed the same day. They were professional from start to finish. I will be taking my truck in the future to True Auto Care.

The staff is very knowledgeable and understands my needs.When working on the car they informed me of other issues that needed to be done and gave me an estimate of the additional cost before proceeding with the work. I am satisfied with their work.Bob Skeoch

Yesterday I went in to get an oil change and switch out my snow tires at True Auto Care. I have been going there since I moved to Fergus 4 years ago, and there customer service and quality of work has always been exemplary (a nice change after having lived in the GTA). They're also very accommodating around scheduling when last minute changes need to be made.

My Acura broke down near Fergus the other day- I was able to limp it into the shop. They took care of it the next day (surprisingly quick!) which made me even happier! Even more appreciated was the texting feature- they gave me the breakdown on my car and the other issues it may be having. Very timely and efficient in my opinion. There was no nonsense, no up-selling, and no pressure tactics- part of why I am so impressed. Can’t say that for every shop out there.Facility is also very clean and up to date.I have happily referred my sister and brother in law (who live in Fergus) to this auto centre.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I called them to ask for a quote for something I wanted to get repaired for my car. They asked me to bring my car and leave it there for few hours. When I called them on the phone before picking up my car, they told me that AC inspection would cost $185 and I was really surprised. I wasn't made aware of any charges in advance. All I asked for was a quote and they tried to charge me for inspection. If they charge me for the inspection, they should have at least made me aware of the cost in advance. When I went to pick my car up, I explained how I was completely unaware of the charge but the front office lady argued with me and blatantly lied about informing me of the charge. After arguing for 15 minutes, I ended up not paying for it, but I have been to several other auto repair shops in the Centre Wellington area and I have never been charged for something without my consent. Truly horrible experience.

Wonderful customer service team. Helped me out with a last minute safety in an urgent situation. Such kind customer service demeanour and finished the job extremely fast. So appreciate them!!!

This was a pleasure to visit True Auto today for my tire change.Very good to talk to the technician and find out that they are properly trained, and know about the finer tricks of how tires need to be mounted on Volkswagen and other German vehicles to get a smooth running drive.The reception was friendly, the place is clean, price was reasonable, and the car drives smooth as it should be.I highly recommend this tire shop. Auto repair place.They even reset my car service computer, thank you very much.
