Been going here since 2022 and have no complaints. Classes and instructors are fantastic.

I started going to Evolution Pilates over six years ago—Have done both Pilates reformer classes and private lessons and would highly recommend! Not only is the exercise challenging and unique, it provides meditative benefits in a space that really feels inviting. Janet is a wonderful teacher and has really made Evolution a place you’ll want to visit again and again.

I have been taking Karla’s Pilates barre classes at this studio for over a year, and will start by saying this review is long overdue. I have had many fitness instructors over the years, and Karla is in a league of her own. She js a truly AMAZING instructor. Her classes are always energized, challenging and fun! She pushes you while always providing options based on your level, and no two classes are the same. I’m always amazed by how Karla introduces new moves in every class. You can tell she puts time and thought into her lesson plans. There is always a waitlist for her classes, which says a lot. She’s the reason I go to Evolution!! Thank you Karla ❤️

This is a place healing, humour and love. Love for the self and love for others. I attended my first session today after a 4 year hiatus due to medical complications I suffered post-partum. I was welcomed and immediately felt at home. My class lead by Sarah was incredible. She has an intuitive gift and a kindness that radiates and fills the room. I can’t wait to go to my next class.

My Pilates classes with Willow are amazing - the hour goes by so quickly!! What makes Willow stand out from other instructors is that she carefully coaches you every step of the way on the Reformer to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and to minimize the chance of injury. Highly recommend this studio for Pilates beginners like myself.

First time visiting the studio today, I did Susan’s yoga class. It was a good class, Susan was a nice yoga instructor. The studio was clean, they have lockers and locks, they also have mats you can use if you forget yours. Drinks and other goodies for purchase such as Lululemon clothing, yoga mat spray etc. Online class sign up is straight forward. Lots of free 3hr parking available. Coffee shops and restaurants all around if you’re hungry after class.

After a broken foot and numerous other injuries I started one on one sessions with Janet to safely strengthen my body. With Janet's support and expertise, I am doing just that plus I am feeling more confident and happier since injuries can certainly get a person down! I am now hooked on Evolution. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Thank you for helping me with my goals.

I've been with Evolution Pilates & Yoga Studio since day one. Fabulous place that teaches the actual Pilates and understands it at a level that keeps you safe and moving towards your goals. The instructors are so knowledgeable, talented, friendly and I absolutely love this place.
