Excellent is not as strong enough word... amazing would be more accurate. took me in on the same day I called without knowing me 2 hours later I was inside the garage getting my brakes done in emergency during lunch hour. Gary Wilkins you like a family member and you feel it. This is officially my garage and I know about garages I've been in the car industry for over 30 years. And a part of Napa so their work is guaranteed all over the country and all Napa locations. Bring Gary some spaghetti sauce you will appreciate. Tell him the crazy Italian sent you.

It’s garages like this that give the honourable profession of auto mechanic a bad name. My father would be spinning in his grave if he knew the way this place treats its customers.Dishonest, overpriced, scheming, incompetent, the list goes on. Every 1 star review corroborates our experience, we should have listened.

Worst experience of my life. I was quoted 1700 to have my clutch fixed and when I went to pick the car up the receptionist gave me a bill for over 3000. Absolutely stunned I asked how it could be so far off the initial quote. She tells me the quote was only for the parts. I honestly still can't even believe that. No mechanic does that - that's calculated and I wonder how many people they've done like that.It gets worse. The clutch wasn't fixed properly. Pedal goes limp 2 weeks later... I kept bringing it back and he charged me 180 to bleed and refill the clutch every time but never fixed the problem. 3rd time I couldn't t afford another tow and brought it to another mechanic. They told me there was a defective part.Go back to Gary he re orders the parts and tried to charge me full price to redo the clutch... He said the defective part wasn't his fault. I said it wasn't mine either. I had to show him on his computer how many times he charged me to bleed the clutch.All in all it cost me about 4 grand to have my clutch fixed. I wouldn't have even bothered if I had known. Absolutely sickened.I asked the receptionist id it was normal for them to charge the customers twice for the same job... She said oh well it's been a few months and I laughed... Yeah it's been a few months all right.. because you guys kept telling me it was fixed when it wasn'tRun. Run... Disgusting con artistsWhat kind of mechanic doesn't have labour in their quote?

Gary and Pat are the most helpful people you’ll ever find at an auto mechanics. They are friendly, easy to talk to, fair, and flexible. Would recommend this shop to anybody.

Run as far and as fast as you can away from this business. Not only did the have my friends truck for 3 months and did 0 work until the last minute - they didn’t even follow through on what was expected to be done.They will not contact you to give you updates and when you call, don’t expect much of an answer or a friendly voice.I always support local but not when they take advantage of good people.

My work was completed and my car was delivered the same day.When I walk out of Gary's I am confident that the work I needed done is done right. I trust very few people when it comes to my car, Gary is one that I do trust.I highly recommend Gary and his crew for all your automotive needs.

As always they are fantastic. Went in with no appointment had to have my ride towed and they took care excellent care of my SUV and the price was very good. Thank You, great Staff great Owner.
