Where do I start? They are amazing. From the day I set foot in their boutique to the time I walked away with my dress.I went dress shopping by myself (it wasn't plan that I would find my dress). Kim brought 2 dresses to me. One to see what is my size and THE dress. She knew what would fit my body. The dress was so flattering and comfy. It was also in my budget.They offer a very good and personalized service.I hope to be able to attempt formal events in the future to go shopping for a dress at Crazy beautiful again!I highly recommend.The only thing I would say but it is not really as part of their boutique is about the seamstress they work with. The loops for the bustle broke during the night of the wedding. Thankfully I had plan a cocktail dress for the evening because the gown of my wedding dress was so long I could not have dance with it!

Went in really close to closing time by accident. Thrycwere welcoming and really helpful, friendly staff. Although we didn't buy a dress there due to picky teenager, I will definitely return in the future. Great selection of short dresses, long dresses and wedding dresses for all occasions. Definitely recommend!

Honestly I’m very disappointed in the experience I had at my appointment. It was the first time trying on dresses after getting engaged and my main point in going was to see what style of dress suited me and what I wanted. I wasn’t planning on purchasing anything at the first appointment but did express that I’d be back with my bridal party to make a final decision and purchase. I live locally and really wanted to support a local shop. However throughout the appointment I was looked down upon and the staff rudely answered my questions. The biggest thing I found strange was I wasn’t allowed to take pictures of myself in the dress. Even after explaining that I wanted pictures for my wedding planner so I could start designing the wedding I wanted. The staff replied that it was they’re policy and I respected that. After talking to my friend who just got married and went there for her bridal party appointment she confused me when she said they were allowed to take photos. And I’ve seen photos of people selling dresses on Facebook marketplace showing that obviously it’s from crazy beautiful dresses. So I will not be going back if they seem to not even want my business. Again very disappointed

I had a fantastic experience here! The ladies made me feel so comfortable and helped me find the dress of my dreams for my wedding. When I had my first fitting, we all cried in the store together! I loved my dress, it came in quickly, they were super responsive to any questions I had (I live in Toronto) and they even stored it for me for a long time. ALSO, lots of plus size options!!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. What a fantastic experience. The lady who helped me made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. There were so many beautiful dresses, I would 100% recommend this spot to anyone looking for a wedding dress! ❤️

I had a fantastic experience at Crazy Beautiful Dresses today! The staff were amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted! They were so knowledgeable and professional. They whole experience was light hearted and fun, lots of laughs … and tears! My mother, sister and grandmother were all able to join me in this special day as well. The boutique itself was also a very elegant and beautiful environment! I cannot wait to show off my crazy beautiful dress! And I would absolutely recommend checking them out to any one looking for a dress!

What a Crazy Beautiful Experience!Kim and Rebecca were just incredible while helping me find a cocktail dress for a last minute event. I walked in feeling a little hopeless and walked out with my chin up and a smile on my face!I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

I recently visited this bridal salon as a bridesmaid, and I had a great experience! The bride tried on several gorgeous dresses, all of exceptional quality and still within her budget. Rebecca was our consultant and she was incredible, you could tell that she's been in the bridal business for a while and knew her stuff. The only negative is that there is almost no cell reception or wifi in the building, so if you are wanting to FaceTime with anyone to show them the dresses you likely won't be able to.

I had an excellent experience at Crazy Beautiful Dresses in Nov 2021 and got to wear my dress this past weekend. The consultations (who I can’t remember their names so I apologize) knocked it out of the park. I completed 6 months of chemo in Sept 2021 so my body was completely changed and they embraced the way I looked. I couldn’t recommend this shop more, and I thank them for everything.
