Unprofessional, went in for eyebrow waxing which I've done many times before at other salons . The wax was super hot and I found myself with burns on the skin around my eye brows. Hoping they will actually heal!

They are rudeeee. No respect for customers. Their skills are poor. I came in, asked for a specific design and left with a complete other thing. I had to change it the day after. The lady that colored my nails was very unprofessional when I told her I didnt like it. Didnt propose to change. Just kept saying thats what I wanted.

Very bad service. I went there for waxing. Veitanamese lady over there were plucking my hairs with plucker instead of using wax. They just used wax one time. After that, remaking hairs were plucking through plucker.
