Super fast service! Someone started making my order as soon as they took it; very efficient! Great variety of bubble tea, smoothies and other seasonal drinks made with fresh fruit.

Bless Coco Tea for offering oat milk! I've quickly become a huge fan. I will always come here before any other bubble tea place in the area because they offer oat milk. The tea is great, the pearls are made well and the staff is very efficient. I also like that they play music in Mandarin often.

seeing multiple reviews of how the management treats their employees terribly does not surprise me. i've witnessed multiple times where the male manager has disrespected and belittled the employees in front of others as well as giving terrible service to customers and being rude. definitely don't recommend getting bubble tea here or for anyone looking for a job here. disgusting behaviour

It's nice to see another well known bubble tea chain store opening in South Surrey. The quality is on par with other Coco's in lower mainland.

I would leave one star if i could. i’ve come to this coco location and others multiple times and i’ve seen the male manager yelling at his employees multiple times in front of customers and their fellow employees. this man needs to be reviewed by headquarters because he is abusing his staff verbally and belittling them. i don’t think this work environment is healthy for anyone. I have also noticed he has been rude to one of his brown workers more often and she usually is the one getting embarrassed and yelled at more often. I feel horrible for this girl and hope she isn’t getting treated lesser than just because she is brown. Overall i do NOT recommend this location due to this man’s attitude towards staff and customers. your not the king of cocos! you are just a dude who needs to respect ur workers because at the end of the day they are running your business. NOT YOU! get some therapy! (edit : funny how the manager of this store (yi) forces his staff to leave 5 star reviews and does the same himself and leaves bad reviews of other bubble tea chains!! please go get therapy and stop taking your anger out on other businesses)

Taste not good, Not able to adjust menu, expensive for the taste and amount. Not going back.

They messed up our order then blamed us for it, refused to fix it, do not recommend

Male manager has terrible customer service. While I talk to him at the counter and ask for a closer look of the menu, he ask me to stand far and look up what’s on the screen, and he can barely hear me or understand me when I talk to him. He keeps acting rude when making and handing the bubble tea. I love Coco bubble tea brand, but this man makes a very unpleasant experience.

Tasty bubble tea thats consistent every time! Service is usually good.A bit of a bummer that for delivery (through Uber), the fees and wait times seem ridiculous - $8.99 delivery fee with a wait of 50-65 minutes? I can order something from bubble tea places in Langley thats way cheaper in fees and at least half the wait time.
