Tic Tac Gym

My kids went there for a birthday party a couple of months ago and absolutely loved it. Its a beautiful gym well organized and a friendly instructors. It's really hard for me to get my kids moving and they had a blast. I just signed up my 2 kids to there online classes and they love it. They are well structured and fun. I have 2 kids and finding a on interest can be challenging but they both love it. There is so many to choose from which makes it fun for both of them. The 30 to 40 min capsules are interactive and keep my kids moving. All I like to say is Thank you Tic Tac Gym for making my kids move.

We did my daughters 1st birthday here over the weekend! What an absolute win this place is! So happy they had that date and time available! the venue is spacious and it comes equipped with a kitchen! so we were able to place all of our food in the fridge until it was time to set up. Super accommodating with setting up! The kids loved it and the animators are exceptional! Abby is super sweet and really knows what she's doing! Cant wait for my daughter to try out one of her classes in the coming weeks!

BEWARE TRY CLASS FIRST BEFORE SIGNING UP.I called this gym to inquire about putting my almost 3 year old in their 3-5 yr old class. They told me to bring her in to try one class (didn't tell me a price). When I brought her in no one explained or informed me about anything. They had me fill out information and just put her in the class. During the first 15 minutes the instructor nearly dropped my daughter and she busted her lip (ok fine accidents happen) after the class the instructor told me to come back next week to try the parent class. I had to ask her 'so how does this work' and she proceeded to sell me 9 classes i had to pay half upfront. BIGGEST MISTAKE! Immediately after I left I got an email bill of $200 asking me to sign(I never did). It wasn't until I reviewed the video I took of the instructor dropping my daughter that I realized she could have been really injured, so I then made the decision not to bring her back. Because it was 6 days later I asked politely if it could be resolved and refunded the $100. I didn't think they would be so un-empathetic and disrespectful especially working in an environment with children. I explained my personal situation in detail, and apologized for the time frame but the girl was so defensive and argumentative there was no way I was getting through. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me that wasn't possible. When I called back the same girl told me she could give me back $40 from the $100 I paid and I wouldn't have to pay the other $100 balance. I said So you're just going to steal my money? She proceeded to try and tell me it was a 'penalty' because I called on Friday (which is a lie... Come on. I called THURSDAY the day before the class) She was just trying to find any reason to argue with me. by the tactics of these people I wouldn't doubt if I had called the next day they would have still refused to refund me. Not to mention she kept interrupting until I spoke loudly to ask her to listen to me when she yelled over me "NO I WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU"Obviously

We went for a birthday party and it was amazing. Great activities for active kids! The guy that run the games had lots of energy and great attitude!

Les informations obtenues sur le site sont cohérent avec ma première visite sur les lieux. Un accueil chaleureux, de qualité, avec le sens de l’écoute et des conseils éclairés. La fête d’anniversaire de mes enfants est mémorable à chaque année et je renouvelle le cours de gymnastique à chaque saison. Une expérience hors pair fortement recommandée.

J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience, je considère avoir perdu mon argent. J'y ai inscrit pas fille de 5 ans, toutefois l'animatrice n'était pas intéressée à ma fille et je sentais qu'elle était énervée par sa présence. Probablement car elle ne suivait pas le parcours. En effet, ce n'était pas un challenge pour elle et plutôt ennuyant de faire le même parcours pendant presque 45 minutes. Cela l'était tout autant pour moi à regarder. C'est une enfant très créative,sportive et pleine de vie, elle a elle même suggérer à la professeur de changer le parcours après un certains temps de répétitions interminables. Il faudrait des professeurs dynamiques, intéressés par les enfants et aptes à l'enseignement personnalisé car tous ne peuvent pas faire partie d'un même moule. Sentant que ma fille était ciblée à l'écart et qu'elle a elle-même mentionné ne pas vouloir retourner car c'est plat"

It's been 2 years in a row that my daughter and husband go there for the parents-kids session on Sundays and each time they have a blast. My daughter loves it and can't wait to go back evrytime.A wonderful place to keeep the kids active!
