Guy I believe was the owner gave me some solid tips and advise to keep my Sonata going. Was honest as well after about when I needed to change my tires (not this season). All in all a good shop. I think their management a d team changed within the last year or so.

I saw my battery light on the night before and I went to Active Green +Ross the following morning with no appointment. My vehicle shut down as soon as I entered their premises. They diagnosed soon after and found out it was a transmission problem. They ordered the parts and I waited for car in less than three hours.

Went in to get my alignment checked and fixed. Friendly staff, explained to me all the costs upfront and inspection they would do first . They explained to me all the work that was done and the issue that required the alignment to be fixed. Reasonable wait time, there's a sitting area, and a customer washroom.
