Mad Hatter Book Store

I purchased a rare poetry pamphlet from them and was charged $20.94 to ship it within BC. It was stuffed into a padded mailer with no other protection and the results can be seen below. This place has one of the fastest shipping and best customer service I have experienced at any store. Big box book store chains cannot compete with the Mad Hatter Book Store. I was looking for a book online and found that the Mad Hatter Book Store had it. Since I was within the same province but not driving distance, I e-mailed them for a price including shipping. They got back to me within 15 minutes. After a few back and forth e-mails, they sent the book to the post office within the hour. Amazing! No other place has the customer service that this book store has. I definitely will buy from Mad Hatter Book Store again. Next time I make a trip out to the Okanagan I will certainly make a stop here.
