Ballard Tonya Dr

Dr. Ballard is very thorough. She is approachable and figures out the issues. After bouncing from different Dr.'s and clinics it was nice having someone to help you and make you feel like you're not going crazy.

She is very knowledgeable in her profession and her honesty is very valuable to me

If zero stars were possible then I'd rate this doctor as such. My initial appointment was cancelled by her with 2 hours notice the day of. This remind you after waiting months just to see her.Her receptionist was very rude each time I spoke with her. She expects leniency granted to her when she abruptly cancels your appointment yet when you miss your rescheduled appointment for the very reasons why you are seeking her treatment she is quick to charge you with a fee.My family doctor informed me that dr ballard was billing me so i decided to bill her back unless she waived her bill, to which she did.In the end I'm denied treatment due to her staff's poor conduct and mistreatment.I've left 3 reviews on Google with two of them being 5 stars. This is the third one.When a specialist's office forgets to treat a person in pain with respect and shows nothing but neglect and contempt for their potential patient then I'd say go find another specialist.Lastly this post isn't made from malice or ill intent, its merely just my experience.Hopefully any future patient of theirs actually gets to see her and finds resolve for their pain. Resolve to which I was robbed of sadly.
