Can’t even call to cancel my policy horrible service

Do not buy insurance from this company!! Total scam!! They sell you false promises. They do not care about your health or well being and if you are entitled to a claim, they prolong the wait even if you have all the proper documentation and medical reports. My experience during my claim was a very stressful one. The adjustor on my claim was never available or the agent would always tell me he stepped out of the office. Not once has any agent contacted me first with updates, I would always have to call them regarding the status of my claim. The wait times for each call was ridiculous. It usually took around 30-45min, sometimes 1 hour just to get through to an agent. Some agents were very rude on the phone and gave attitude. This company just wants your money and no one cares about the health of the clients they represent. I cancelled all my policies with combined and I will never recommend this company to anyone!

So we took it out before the pandemic started as we though well in our industry the extra coverage would be good. COVID hit and we never had any contact from them. In the 3+ years we had the worthless policy we spoke to them once I think. I called them to cancel it and that was a joke getting through to someone, at least when I did they were helpful and they did it there and then on the phone.Less than a week after cancelling, we got another call from 1 of their reps. The person was their regional area manager or something. What did they want, well it wasnt to get feedback on why I canceled, oh no..... Would I be interested in taking on more insurance for someone in my industry! She had no clue that I had just recently cancelled the policy and the main reasons being because we were tossed aside and forgotten. Not even a call of hey, how are you hope you are well.Save yourself the money and just dont bother with the extended health or whatever they call it, not unless you are severely accident prone.

To all new job applicants: stay away from this company. Jody, their designated recruiter, will harrass you over your weekend to book an interview, not even take the time to spell your name correctly, then like a petulant child argue with you via email when you withdraw your application. I have never, in all my life, experienced such laughable unprofessionalism.The rest of the one star reviews speak for themselves. Red flags abound. Stay away.
