The other day I thought I lost my debit card and called the store. One of the employees went outside to look by the entrance, even though it was raining. Very friendly, helpful, top notch service. Plus the ice cream and chocolate are delicious.I just wish they sold orange ice cream again. When you dip it in chocolate it tastes like a Spacebar. (You have to be older to get that reference, sorry!)

I had mixed emotions about the reviews on this place, I wanted to clarify that as of this message there are 2 men on staff, where as what I've seen a lot of negative reviews involve primarily men neglecting to help because they were trying to show off??" 1 is the manager and 1 is very nice employee.The rest of the female staff are very nice and honest when I asked about that stuff.The prices are a little on the pricier side

This is a great place to get very well prepared chocolate. I’ve tried their fine chocolate boxes, and although they’re not my favourites, they are a great gift to make someone feel appreciated. The staff is friendly, the place always looks tidy and organized, they’re always rotating their products display and waiting times are fairly short. You should check this place out.

$17.49 for two medium bowls of ice cream. I was expecting the ice cream to be top shelf. My husband had raspberry with dark chocolate, I had maple with milk chocolate. The chocolate was so hard you could not get a spoon through it and when chewing it there was a wax like texture and taste. The maple ice cream was as bad as something from the supermarket, truly awful.I have given this two stars because the girl at the door was very nice and helpful with instructions. I like to support local new businesses, but I should never have strayed from Deli-Bec over on Maple (haha ironic).UPDATE: AUG-2020: Company reached out and forwarded my complaint and information to the Manager. They suggested I could come into the store and identify myself and I would receive a complimentary ice cream. Given all the negative posts, I think I would rather Go to Deli-Bec and pay.

From plain ice cream right down to the fancy stuff. This place is my number 1 go to for ice cream!They also offer a variety of shakes, handmade chocolates and gift baskets!Highly recommend for your cold treats

Like all the other Chocolat Favoris locations, I love thé decor and customer service. Enough indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate even during a busy weekend day. However, the prices are outrageous and the chocolate dipping is very thick, making it overly sweet to actually enjoy a full cone (my kids picked the cotton candy flavour in the picture). Their shakes are yummy but too thick for my taste.

Terrible customer service. I spent 80$ in 2 days and they wanted to charge me 50 cents extra for a waffle cone when I spent 10 minutes explaining to the cashier the type of cone I want. They actually chose to throw away the ice cream but not to give it to me because of 50 cents.The manager named Megan was the one in charge.My children are upset but I am never going there again.
