Bud came out, had a look at our garage door, it had been backed into, even though it took him longer than anticipated, he did not charge extra over what was quoted. Did excellent work and gave me some very helpful tips. I highly recommend Bud for any garage door service or replacement

Can't say enough good things about Bud - he's come to our place a few times/for different issues. Very personable, knows his stuff, reasonably priced, honest. If I had a garage door problem in Calgary, he would definitely be the only person I'd contact. For whatever it's worth....I meant to do a review for Bud/ASAP a while ago, but it slipped my mind as we were moving. However, I came across his business card when I was unpacking (we no longer live in Calgary). Bud made enough of a positive impression that I wanted to post a review. Highly recommend!

Our garage door decided to break down unexpectedly today, & it being a stat holiday, we werent sure that someone would be able to come & help us out. I looked up garage door repair companies or local businesses that do these types of repairs & came across ASAP Overhead Door Repair. All their reviews were amazing & had a 5 star review. I trusted it, decided to give them a call & RIGHT AWAY & Bud answered within 5 seconds. He came within 2 hours of the call & came on time. He was so helpful & kind. Definitely saved us alot of stress trying to fix it ourselves. He had amazing customer service. Will definitely contact them again if any future problems arise. And will for sure recommend them to everyone we know! Thanks Bud for an amazing service! Amazing!

10/10 Bud had my door fixed up that day and in 30mins. Would recommend to all. Had a small issue with another aspect of the door and Bud swung by and fixed up.

Bud is extremely nowledgeable and an incredible person. I am absolutely amazed and touched by incredible customer service Bud provided. I was having problems with multiple Garage openers and Bud took the time over the phone with me to step by step troubleshoot and actually solve my problem ! I had to call him at least 4 times and text him several pictures of the senario, and he still hesitated to even charge me for it.Very happy to see kind hearted people like him still exist !!

I came in from Seattle to visit my mother in law and discovered that her garage door was in disrepair and wouldn't open. I found Bud online, he booked me at his soonest opening. He replaced both springs, a couple of rollers, and had her super heavy garage door working like brand new within one hour! Bud is knowledgeable, honest, fairly priced and provided timely service. We made some calls around but after speaking with Bud on the phone, we instantly felt confident in his service and that he knew what he is doing. He explained to us what the two potential issues could be and quoted us over the phone for both. He arrived as scheduled and got our garage door fixed in no time. It turns out it was the less expensive repair and he didn't take advantage of a new homeowner that wouldn't know better!
