Very happy with overall purchase experience dealing with Goemans. Our sales associate was great to deal with providing us good advice and very competitive pricing. The after sales service was exemplary particularly when our chosen product became unavailable. We received solid counsel from the sales staff and store manager regarding alternative product choices available in stock. The delivery was well organized and well executed. The o line tracking system was accurate and the delivery crew were careful and courteous. Overall a very good experience dealing with Goemans.

Whirlpool Range - We highly recommend Goemans for appliances. We just had a new range delivered and one year ago purchased a Samsung washer. The sales staff we met each time were friendly and efficient. Goemans is definitely the place to shop for appliances.

In March we were shopping for new appliances for our home. After visiting a few places we ended up at Goemans Appliances. I have to say that our overall experience was absolutely amazing. Nima a fine young man was very pleasant and helpful in guiding us through our selection. He was very patient and cooperative. My husband and I needed a new dryer and we went here to take a look, had no intention of buying one. We found one for a great deal and we felt no pressure to buy. Nothing worse than being pushed to buy something. Our dryer works great and we are so happy. Will definitely come back!!

Jeff Kane was great. He explained all the stove options to my husband and myself. Printed o!ff the final couple of options and was not pushy. My husband decided to give fixing the oven a chance, which was a failure. One call to Jeff and he took care of everything. Got the stove quickly, and the delivery guys were friendly, fast and efficient. I am really happy with the stove. I can make banana bread again.

He pays attention to small details and is always willing to help out with whatever needs a customer has. His customer service skills are unbeatable and his enthusiasm for his work is very refreshing. I was looking for an upright freezer. We needed it as soon as we could get it. We had to move our frozen food to a neighbours freezer as our freezer had conked out. This was the third place that I looked. The first two places had very little inventory and could not get a new freezer for 3 weeks.I met Rob Chowdhury at Goemans. He explained the qualities of the freezer and the pricing. He gave me time to think about it. The freezer was a little bigger than I wanted but I could have it delivered in two days and they would take the old freezer away. The delivery arrived as planned. The customer service was excellent. We love the freezer. For sure will use use Goemans again. Thank you.

Disgusting service. I am appalled that this company even exists. Bought a dishwasher from your poor excuse of a seller and the dishwasher was faulty. Kicker of all kickers they want to send a repair man instead of exchanging the product. If I wanted to repair a product i would have bought a second hand product Goemans.Customer service claims there is nothing they can do. If I were to advice anyone looking to buy any type of appliance I would tell them to stay away from this company.There shouldn't be any place in this market for them. A company that cannot take accountability for their sales
