Pacific Inn

I have never stayed in the rooms however we book all our contractors to the hotel and they feel like home. Clean, friendly, lovely on site restaurant. It should be a 4 Star rating. All my dealings with bookings have been expeditious and professional.

Room amenities are better than average. Our room came with a Keurig coffee machine and microwave oven, fridge & freezer combo, comfortable bed. The room was clean and the housekeeping was responsive. Staff is very friendly and flexible. Each room had a balcony so you can enjoy the outdoors from your room.

Parking lot entrance could be a bit higher for my truck to fit, other than that, everything is fine

Great spot! We had been unceremoniously evicted from a hotel down the road (starts with P and ends with restige) for having a cat instead of a dog for a pet and this hotel was happy to accommodate us. We were upset by how we had just been treated at the other place and grateful to be treated with kindness by the staff at The Pacific. We went from being out on the street with our pet and not knowing where to go, to being in a nice room in a hotel that was obviously once GRAND. We loved our stay! The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There’s a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The family restaurant has Greek style comfort food that really hit the spot. We will be back.

My bedding was clean and my towels were clean so that's great. There was no temperature control in the room and it was too warm, so that made for poor sleep. The shower worked but required a very strong pull to engage the shower function. The paint was peeling in many places in the bathroom. The breakfast was available at 5am which was awesome because we had to be at the dock for fishing by 6:15am so that was nice. I grabbed a muffin every morning and they were good and fresh. I didn't take advantage of any of the other choices, but there was yogourt and cereals available. The staff completed tasks as needed but were just fair and functional. None of the vending machines worked. The water was not clear and we ended up getting a 4L jug of water for brushing our teeth and washing our faces. I usually do some yoga while I'm away as I get stiff from the bed and driving, but I avoided being on the floor. Overall, I would rank this place as having the amenities of a 3 star but really only satisfying 2 full stars and the price was high for the quality of the rooms.

I was stranded in prince Rupert as my ferry was cancelled for 4 days unexpected I had very little money and iam not from bc ,, my husband was in camp hours away and I had two huge dogs this place accommodated me and my furry family they assured me I was safe and we’d figure stuff out as the days went on the people just became more helpful Thankyou for your beautiful support!!! I will always come back !! The customer service in the restaurant was top notch and front desk service with the room service was over the top of you want to stay at a wonderfully warm place it’s here !!!

Upon entering the room it seemed alright, but after a closer inspection a lot was dirty. The sink wasn't clean and there were mold stains in the bathtub. Skipped that shower for a day. The window which would provide you with fresh air nearly fell out of the sliding rail, so you couldn't really open it properly without being afraid the whole window would fall down. The service provided was very good, the host was very nice. The parking garage is very accessible.

The only reason I gave this place a 3 is because of the staff. They were super friendly and helpful.The Inn is very dated and needs an overhaul. The sink in our room looked like it was going to fall off the wall. The room itself was clean but the drapes were worn and had a couple of holes.There was a water advisory on when we stayed but we were provided with bottled water free of charge. The Continental breakfast was decent.The location of this property is excellent when using the ferry and budget friendly.

We moved here from the Prestige. Very bad experience at the Prestige, but the Pacific was top notch. Friendliness and cleanliness was awesome. We were treated like we were welcome compared to being treated like criminals at the Prestige hotel. This is the only place we'll stay.
