Purified Water to Go provides excellent service and kept our non profit animal rescue supplied with water and a convenient cooler system throughout the pandemic and several heat waves. Always quick to respond to messages and easy to work with. Highly recommend their service!

I love the staff here. They are so kind and helpful. Since I’m a 75 year old female and not strong enough to lift the bottles they always bring the bottles and put them in my car with a cheerful smile.

I was sent a bill for a water delivery that I never received and instead of working through the issue I was told to have the empty bottles ready for pickup on Monday because I refused to pay. Whomever was on the other end of the email was extremely quick to anger and lacked any customer service skills. This morning I got an adjusted bill that removed that September charge. Go elsewhere for your water needs, this place sounds like its over worked and under staffed. We have been trying to get an actual water delivery for over a month to our office and they keep not showing up.

One of greater Seattle's best water delivery services with exceptional customer service, punctuality, and no hidden fees. My delivery guy was Kelvin Hipp, and he has always been on time and calls me right upon arrival. I have never once had an issue with their services. I would trust this company to auto-bill my credit card each month because you are in good hands. The quality of the water tastes great, and I recommend trying their alkaline water.Before using this company, I used Crystal Springs for two years and hated it. We heard about them from Costco, and their service was terrible. On top of that, we feel we billed incorrectly many times by them with hidden fees, and the delivery guys were many days late a lot of the time and we were always out of water to drink in our household. They were unresponsive many times, their phones had consistently long wait times, and their agents didn't seem to care about providing us with the best service. It appeared they didn't care about their customers so we were not a big fan of their business practises, and that's why they lost our business. Since Costco is also from the Kirkland area, I am surprised they decided to partner with Crystal Springs (by Nestle) instead of a more robust company like Purified Water To Go.

Great service! We have a Chiropractic clinic in Kirkland and this makes things so easy and convenient for us. I will say its not always easy to get someone on the phone, but if you leave a voicemail they always get back to you, usually within 24 hours.
