Dr. Kim was a complete waste of my time. My only regret is I can't give him zero stars. No skin testing, I was dismissed by him on a phone consultation and told to go for it" despite my outbreaks. Terrible support."

The doc is great. Very kind and welcoming. So is the front desk receptionist. I feel comfortable and know that my daughter is in great hands. Only issue I have is I never get in on appointment time. Even if we come early, we still wait half and hour or more. Mind you I got no where else to be so it is nice to spend time with the kiddo a bit longer

-Good doctor-Good staff-Parking bad: $2 in COINS ONLY $2 or $1! (no credit card)-Office hours listed on Google not actually reflective of when they are open, which is confusing-Office has hepa filters which is good-Seen quickly, they don't make you wait around too long-Automated confirmation/reminder email sent over the weekend while appointment was Tuesday. This is inconvenient since I couldn't call them ASAP to clarify something (they were closed Monday). All confirmation emails should be sent several. Automated confirmation/reminder email told me it was a phone appointment, it was not. This resulted in me being very late for my appointment when I realized I had to go in the office.-Their email is not on their website which is confusing-They didn't send me instructions on my first appointment which played a part in me not being well prepared for my appointment (disorganization)Verdict: this is generally a good place with good people. A bit of disorganization they could quickly fix.

Wonderful place but impossible to reach by phone. Always busy.

Dr. Kim is an amazing allergy specialist. He explains things clearly and listens fully to what's going on with you. He has helped me through some terrible years with allergies. The only downside is the wait time to get in and see him. I would strongly recommend if you have severe allergies seeing how he can help :)

Dr. Kim is a very good Doctor. I have seen him and so has my son and he listened attentively and showed great concern in taking care of us. Very down to earth and approachable and you are never rushed. Dr. Kim is a top-tier specialist.

Dr Kim listened very carefully to the details of our particular situation. We are very happy and trust his judgement treating my son.

Have appointment with Dr. Harold Kim but was seen by Dr. Sanjeeban Mishra. Dr. Sanjeeban Mishra was very nice, pleasant, take time to explain, haven't see this in a doctor for a very long time. The receptionist lady was very nice too.

- extended holidays so can't reach anyone, and were weeks behind when they did get back .. still no call back for an appointment days later- clearly say in their voicemail that they won't get back to you- have now disconnected their phoneline after a long weekend (most likely because they can't keep up with their stuff)
