I went to get a new SIM card as advised by technical support. I walked into a depressingly lit store with one individual working.She did not look up but was instead watching videos on her phone behind a monitor at the desk. Instead of selling me a new SIM card like I had asked, the woman at the store decided to make me go through basic troubleshooting again, even though I had gone through the steps tech support had given me on the phone to which they surmised I needed a new SIM.After confirming the issue, the woman was rude and begrudging sold me a SIM card.Interactions like this make me wish cell phone stores were just filled with vending machines.
