Highly recommend New Era cleaning! We have 2 large dogs and 2 kids, so my whole house was a challenge, with hair and the mess a small boy leaves behind. My house looked and smelled amazing!! Was so good to see it this clean. Attention to detail, did everything I asked and more, I will not be going anywhere else as this has been the best cleaning company I have encountered.Amazing job!!!

I wish I could review the cleaning services of this business, but after booking with them and a lovely and promising conversation with their owner in April, they claimed to have a vehicle emergency and couldn't make our appointment. Understandable. They were no shows for our second appointment 2 weeks later. When I messaged to confirm, I was advised they called clients on the weekend stating they had covid. Also Understandable, but I never received a call. Two weeks later on our scheduled time, nothing. Ghosted. 6 weeks of waiting for them to show up. A recent reply to me under a Facebook comment from the owner advised that they always answer a phone call" and that I have their contact information. Odd as I also had a slot booked and was advised so many wonderful things about their communication

Amazing service! Rachel cleaned our 2500 sqft home in one day - she was very thorough and meticulous. We couldn't be happier, as she went above and beyond, even cleaning areas that I didn't even consider!She did a great job and worked hard to make everything perfect in our home.Highly recommend!Emily and Damian

Erica and her team were here on time, in uniforms, professional, and supplied all the products. I was feeling guilty that I couldn’t keep up and Erica kindly eased my mind that they were here to help. Her team made my house sparkle, they were kind, proficient and hard-working. I loved the added touches of scented bin liners, fancy toilet paper folds and she even put furniture pads on a stool that was marking my floor. I notice and appreciate that attention to detail. I will definitely be having them back. So much so, that we referred her to a friend! So worth it.

Erica and her team are amazing. When the tenants moved out , they left my house in really bad shape. I had to list the house for sale within few days. We (Kurtz Construction Inc.) hired New Era Cleaning Solutions for a post construction clean. Erica was very accommodating with our timeline so we could get the family moved back into their home. Erica and her team went above and beyond, working on the long weekend under stressful conditions, with little access to water. They did a very thorough job of removing paint splatter, grout marks and construction dust. Their elbow grease on the bathrooms along with their attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
