SureStay Plus by Best Western Drumheller

Thank you so much for saving us from the nightmare hotel we originally booked with.Clean rooms, spacious enough for a playpen, very cozy and deep bathtub to relax. Pool, water slide and hot tub were perfect! Will be back! Should be a 3+ star hotel for sure.

Amazing place, were super accommodating for me and my toddler and the location was amazing from the pool to all the staff. The room was very large for the price and very close to all the attractions. Will definitely return to this location in the future. Seriously made our little vacation one to remember forever. Thank you guys so much!!

Staff was particularly friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. We swam later than expected in the morning and arrived at the breakfast buffet by 9:45 hoping to catch it before it closed at 10. Often, its slim pickings shortly before the buffet closes, and we've had some places start cleaning up before the stated closing time. Barb and Tara put out fresh berries for our pancakes, and even noticed the whipped cream was getting low and brought a new one out even though we said we could do without it. Very polite and pleasant ladies, went above and beyond, resulted in a great breakfast and very satisfied customers.

Another 2 star hotel that gives you 5 star service. Room was amazing. I have to give a shout out to Barb in the breakfast area. I didn't know cooking ended at a certain time before the eating time ended. Barb noticed I was looking longingly at the sausage bowl. She quickly made me some more. Thanks so much Barb you are a super star ✨✨✨

Dated place, the furnishings look like they are from the 80s, uncomfortable lumpy beds with a dip in the centre.Our room stunk like nicotine and boiled celery, even the tv controller stunk. The bathroom had grime in the corners and around the drains and stunk like mildew. The drains drained slowly so the sink and tub would fill with water as we used them- gross.The only thing nice was the art which was old historical photos blown up and put onto canvas.I would never ever stay here again. We had driven all the way from Vancouver Island and were having a family get away in Drumheller. The horrible hotel put a real damper on the trip. I was in tears when I realized we were stuck in such an awful place after a year of planning what should have been a wonderful trip.

We stayed for two nights. The pool, waterslide, and hot tub were great, we used them three times. Included breakfast was very good, and the coffee/tea station stays available around the clock. Service was exceptional, like nothing we’ve seen. The staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt. We would choose this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Was a terrible experience, keys had to be reset over 8 times, we went out on a tour and came back to an unclean room, had to find someone to get towels. Kitchen area was a mess. Tried to talk to manager, he was conveniently away. So needless to say we cut our stay there short and left.

Editing to add the staff was FANTASTIC. The rooms were super loud so with kids it wasn't a very rested sleep. And the floor felt constantly wet ? Like the carpet was forever damp lol. We were just there one night on a roadtrip so it did the trick to rest our heads.

Great place for families! The free breakfast was great, there was pancakes, eggs, hash browns, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee, tea, apples, sweets, etc. much more than expected! The pool is lots of fun! The water slide is fast and fun for everyone. Things were very clean throughout the hotel.

There were some issues with our reservation and information online not matching when we arrived in person, but the General Manager contacted me quite quickly after our stay to clear things up and was very kind and understanding. They made sure to make amends with us, which was really appreciated.The staff couldn't seem to keep up with the breakfast rush, which left things empty quite consistently. Unfortunately, one of the days during our stay we just had to go out for breakfast. It might be in their interest to have someone in part-time specifically to handle the breakfast rush on days when they're fully booked, but when full, the selection was quite expansive.Having pets on the main floor was really nice as they have exterior doors to those rooms, so I could slip out easily for walks in the early morning and late at night without having to go through the hotel to an exit. Made things feel a little more private, which was a nice touch. Key readers on the exterior doors weren't working for us, but other people didn't seem to have an issue, so hopefully they're able to pinpoint that problem.The pool was quite nice and the slide was really fun, too.We will come back here for our next stay in Drumheller
