One of my taxi units had a flat tire just outside Drayton Valley. The tow truck driver arrived promptly, changed the tire and quickly had my driver and his fare on the road again. All of this was done, including payment, over the phone. Quite impressed with the service

27 Sept Had a great experience with being rescued from the middle of Alder Flats; driver was personable and compassionate. even stayed with us for a bit till our ride from Edmonton was coming. Very professional to deal with and took care of our vehicle expertly.

I had to get my vehicle towed for the first time ever today. It's winter, it's cold, towing is expensive and am borderline broke. I no longer have a vehicle to get groceries from 45 minutes out of town. To make a long story short... this is a bad day for me. Horrific even.A female driver responded to my call and came to get my car. She was very positive, optimistic and understanding. We had a long drive to get back to where I would ultimately have to leave my vehicle long term as nobody in town apparently fixes smart cars.As awful as my day started, this lady showed such integrity, positive optimism and sincerity that I found myself smiling by the time we got back. She even gave me a solid discount on the towing.I haven't tried any other towing services to compare to but I would call these guys again first if ever I was in the area and needed a tow.

Managed to lock both sets of keys in my truck while it was running made the call at 510am. The guy was in the parking lot by 530am and was very nice about me waking him up so early. Best service I’ve had anywhere in a while

The service was spectacular, they came and assisted us within an hour of when we placed the call. Once there Chad (the gentleman helping us) he had us out within 20 minutes. Super knowledgeable, and super professional. 10/10

Last night we had a team of 3 assist us loading my late-husband's toolbox into a trailer to move.It was a challenge and, without hesitation, they were ready and willing.They did a great job. They handled it carefully and in no time at all, had it loaded and ready to go.You all stepped up, at one of the worst times in my life, and turned an overwhelming task into a breezeThank you so much!

My wife and 2 young children blew a fan belt on their way from BC to Grande Prairie. I felt helpless not being there for them. Chris at DV towing dropped everything and rushed to help them. He calmed my crying wife on the phone, he even kept me up to date the whole time. His genuine concern for my loved ones really touched me. Thank you.

I wish I had gotten the driver's name but he was great! He made this bummer experience better by being very personable and friendly. He's a great representative of the company and of Alberta as a whole.

I enjoy leaving google reviews when deserved. Exciting story: Chad the operator came out after my 16 regal gs slid into a gravel side ditch somehow on a side road after deciding to stop for a routine outdoor bathroom break for the kiddo. I had my family in the car and we were concerned after i couldnt get the vehicle unstuck after trying numerous attempts with mats and digging the car out somewhat. It was an awd car and managed to move a little but i gave in and called a tow truck. I wasnt sure where we were gunna hook the strap up when he arrived because the car has virtually no towing hooks or points. Chad grabbed a wheel with a strap and the car actually reeled the tow truck in a little until he set the grabber spike in the ground. Heavy car. I think he was even surprised. But literally 2 mins with the winch and it was out. No damage, nothing. Impressive skill set and glad he was able to assist. If you need a tow if your within the area of drayton valley. 5 stars and highly recommend. Give that man a raise!

What a lovely couple of guys! Kris and his partner Lucas were professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us. Words don’t even express how thankful we are. Their compassion throughout the countless times they both went above and beyond is next to none!We had rented a camper van that ended up with a flat tire... upon inspection the valve stem needed replaced (something we hadn’t noticed). Had they not taken their time to inspect the tire, it would have blown on the high way!!! Not only did they Identify the issue, but they found a quick solution to get us back on the road.I highly recommend DV towing and would strongly suggest giving them a call. They truly do care about the safety and well being of others! All and all stand up guys!
