Operating a class 1 plant up in the NWT of Canada makes good service challenging and sometimes difficult but Julian and his partners have, and continue to be, first class in providing it to us. It is my pleasure to recommend the services of Filterco Water Treatment Ltd. for their expertise in water treatment solutions. Over the last year, I was tasked with establishing an ultrasonic cleaning system process for steel parts in our manufacturing facility. As part of the cleaning system, I required the use of deionized water. I searched for local businesses that could accommodate my needs and found Filterco, which stood out online due to their in-depth website information ranging from their products and services, to water safety standards, as well as a number of positive customer reviews and a portfolio of past installations. Upon contacting them, I was met with the friendly and concise service of Julian Noel. Together we established my operational requirements and he walked me through a cost-effective DI water system that would meet our peak water demand. It comprised of a single carbon bed exchange and two mixed-bed exchanges. Pre and post-filters and two quality checks within the system ensured high quality feed water.The Filterco team did a tremendous job in organizing the transition from planning to installation. Jaime Shannon made a trip to our facility a week beforehand to survey the installation area and confirm all the planning had been correct. Arrangements were made to ensure all necessary equipment arrived the day before. Jaime installed the DI water system cleanly and quickly, and answered all my questions on-site regarding operation and maintenance with a friendly and attentive attitude.I have continued to correspond with Julian post-installation and he promptly responds to all of my questions. I feel secure knowing I can rely on a fast and helpful response no matter the concern. Just had an under the sink filtration with a hot/cold water dispensing system installed today. Julian and his team did a great job throughout the process providing detailed information and options that would meet our requirements. The installation went smoothly and was consulted throughout the process on how they wanted to set it up to maximize the ease of use (changing filters), maximizing space under the counter and proper setup. Great job!
