Mill River Resort

This was my first time being to the property. Took my five and seven year old and had a blast. Great activities that are all easily reached and set up very well. Staff was top notch and very accommodating. We'll be back.

Awesome beautiful resort!!!!!! Great restaurant and awesome workout gym!!!!!! Great staff!!!! When the pool was finally renovated it was great but the change room was freezing I actually got really sick after this haven't been back

Stayed 2 nights room cleaner service stole or threw out my shower supplies and other things. I went to the decks and nothing. No reimbursement no apology. For $200 a night you should have a lost and found. Service bad, rooms dirty, ice bucket had dirt and hair in it. Tubs are stained black or rusted. I'll be finding a better place to stay next visit!

This is a lovely place, with full services. There is a good restaurant and bar, with a games room, indoor courts, a pool and more. Situated right on the golf course, it has beautiful views. The staff were very helpful with our bikes and belongings.Highly recommended.

You are looking for a golf resort aiming for sub par? Well this is it. This hotel is a coin toss, you might get a decent room or you might get a moldy dungeon bathroom. black mold in the shower, bubbled up paint and dated bathroom from way back in the late 80’s. The ants, spider and the good ol’ canvas popup camper smell contributes to the 80’s camping vibe. Some rooms are good but some are less than desirable.

My sister and I stayed for 2 nights over march break with our kids. Everything was perfect except for our restaurant experience. Both nights. We had a reservation for the first night at 7:30. They finally came to the podium and seated us at 7:50. They weren’t even busy. We waited with 6 kids. The woman seated us and was not remotely friendly. We weren’t given children’s menus or colouring materials for the kids and the waitress seemed annoyed when she FINALLY came to take our order. We left the restaurant at 9:30. The food was just fair at best. My crab cakes had drizzled, bottled sweet chilli sauce, which made no sense so I scraped it off. There was a creamy dill sauce on my brisket plate which I’ll assume was supposed to be for the crab cakes, since the brisket came with a barbecue sauce. Night 2, my sister and I had a reservation at 6:30, we waited in a line up at the podium till almost 7. Our waitress was a different person but equally unfriendly. I have worked in several restaurants as a cook and server and I do know what to expect when I visit as a customer. We shared the nachos which did not have the toppings listed on the menu, but instead were covered in green onion and nacho cheese sauce. That’s it! Like Wendy’s. I got the burger which wasn’t terrible but too salty to finish. We are friendly and patient people and we didn’t complain, but this was a sub par experience and was the only thing that made our trip to mill river just that.

Had a great few days at Mill River last week. Apparently, this is where winter lives, lol. Had some outdoor winter activities for our little boy to play in the snow. Even had indoor activities galore. Amazing pool with slide, bouncy castles, a game room, squash, basketball. So great for a getaway.You can tell the rooms are going through upgrades, which is nice. They look great though.The restaurant, I believe, was subpar due to it being a slow time. Not many people there at all and the food quality seemed to lack unfortunately. Good excuse to go for a little drive and see what's around though.All in all loved the place and we will be back.

Beautiful resort. Went over March break and our entire family had fun. Lots to do!! Obviously with the temps and spring conditions there was no skating but we did sliding and it was great.Rooms clean. Staff all helpful!

Only used the pool. Member for 6-7 years. Newly renovated deck aera,bright clean. The air temperature and and pool water is not suitable for people with arthritis.
