Element Fence likes to pride themselves on their “professionalism, good morals, and business ethics” however, as someone who has previously worked at the company for just over 8 months as their Office Manager, I can confidently say this is nothing further from the truth.I personally pride myself on leaving companies on a good note, as I do not like to tarnish my reputation, and believe that maintaining professional relationships are essential. Although I share my differences from management and the way that the company is being run, I would’ve never done anything upon my departure, to detriment the company in any way shape or form.However, it was very unfortunate to hear from a previous client of mine, that I was accused by the owner, Daniel Mazzucco, of stealing a cheque for a 50% deposit for a project that was quoted after I had made a decision to leave the company. This repeat client (due to the strong rapport I had built with), has reached out to me to notify me of the situation, and seek my advice as to how she should proceed, as she has received little to no communication from the company in regards to her contracted job with Element Fence over the last several months.As someone who comes from a very strong background of Customer Service and Account Management, I believe that it is crucial to communicate to your clients with full transparency, and accept accountability for your faults and lack of organization within the company rather than attempting to point the blame elsewhere. It is extremely disheartening to hear that my name is being tarnished, for the sole sake of avoiding exactly just that.This comes to little to no surprise, as this was a repeated behaviour of management throughout the entirety of my time at the company.I sincerely wish Daniel and his company nothing but success in the future - but I will not condone these dishonourable and unethical actions.

** ***Terrible Service***Unprofessional****I ordered a big project with Daniel from Element Fence. I paid 16K of a 30K project so parts could be ordered. I even had a feeling that this project may go sour just on the initial interactions this decided to use credit card.Daniel sat on the money for over a month with zero correspondence. He dodged calls and emails. He kept having bogus excuses that kept coming up randomly. Supposedly he ordered the products, but when I inquired with the manufacturer there was no such order.When I asked for my money back he charged me a processing fee!!! This bogus fee was supposedly for his time for the quote. Never mentioned at any time.I would never recommend Daniel or Element Fence to anyone!!Absolutely terrible service

Our company has used Element Fence for several jobs ranging in size from small fixes to large fence installations. We are extremely impressed with their level of service and professionalism. It is a pleasure to do business with Daniel and his team.

I wasn't happy with the quality of the work and the company - namely Daniel - did not respond to my emails and phone calls to discuss the issue. This company sub-contracts its work and it seems to me that this distances the owners from caring about the end customer's satisfaction with the work.Updated: Oct 2019. After getting in contact via email with Element in response to their comment on my review, Daniel was still unwilling to come and see the work and discuss the quality with me. Instead, he simply defended the work and insinuated I had not paid my share of the invoice that had been billed to my neighbour, who was the primary contact with Element.

From the moment I contacted Element Fence, their team exhibited a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. They took the time to understand my requirements and provided valuable insights and recommendations to help me make an informed decision. Their expertise and knowledge in the field were evident, and I felt confident that I had chosen the right company for the job.

Element Fence recently completed a 45' residential chain link fence for me. The communication with Josiah during and after the estimation process was excellent - it was a relatively small project but I never got the sense that it was not worth their time as I did with some other contractors. The crew installed the fence to spec and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Great job and I can't think of any negatives. I would definitely get in touch with them again should I have another fencing project in mind.

Scheduling was delayed due to major wind storm, high demand. Daniel and Josiah were a pleasure to deal with. Crew, including Steve and Joe were courteous and highly skilled dealing with elevation issues. We're very pleased with level of workmanship and cleanup afterwards. We would highly recommend for wooden fencing, Thank you for providing an excellent level of workmanship! Our fence looks great!

We needed a new chain link fence and a couple of gates as a pool fence enclosure. Daniel and his team did a fantastic job in terms of quality, expertise and value for our project. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and creative - he knows the bylaw requirements very well and he created/welded custom self-closing latches for both our gates to allow them to open in the opposite direction. I found Daniel to be honest and reliable, and he knows more about the business than anyone else I talked to. With regards to some of the comments on responsiveness, during the pandemic, these guys were slammed with work, so a little patience was required for callbacks but we were extremely happy with the final result. Daniel and Erol are hard-working helpful individuals, and were always a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Element Fence.

The owner Daniel is fantastic!If you are looking for a fencing company that provides great quality, does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it along with superb value, look no further.
