Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to contact them multiple times through email and their site never once got a response. Finally called to find out what is happening with the Marker I ordered. I was told I would get a call back, never did, so I called back and was told their site was wrong. I cancelled my order around 3 Alberta time. Called next day because no refund was given was told they waited until after business hours to refund me and it would be there Monday (Tuesday in reality because of family day). They didn't cancel it until Sunday. Still have yet to receive my refund of almost $1000

Top notch customer service! I had a manufacture's defect with a product I ordered. Their customer support rep. worked directly with me and provided several options to get me playing in a quick manner. I would recommend shopping with them. Canada loves paintball, and Go Paintball is a great service to this country.

Best place in Western Canada for paintball. Only place that has astro turf so you don't slip and hurt yourself. Very experienced staff and great pro shop. Home to the #1 professional paintball team in the world Edmonton Impact.

The worst paintball place ever! The arena is great but the people there are mean and don’t help new players, everyone that played with me said that they hated the experience.
