Waited in line, the insurance person told me check out is over there." I told him I was there for a marriage license. He was condescending. Asked me "Where's your partner?" and I told him only one person is needed to get a marriage license. Should he have known that? He then said "Do you EVEN have a commissioner?" "What's your commissioners name?" Which both are not needed for the marriage license. He was just being rude. Got my marriage license at the Richmond location instead
