What a joke!!!Contact them for a claim no call back/ no email follow up, extremely waist of time!

The worst car insurance.After I had an accident because of the icy roads and the only thing that got broken is the rear right rim. They sent me a letter telling me, your policy can't be with us anymore.

My car was stolen January 28, recovered from the police on February 8th. I called my adjuster that same day no answer sent him an email no call back no response to my email. 4 days later the police release my car to me, I call my adjuster to see where I’m suppose to get the car towed to. Heard nothing back! I ended up calling the customer service line and got help with a location to tow my car. 2 weeks after the car was found my adjuster called me back to ask about paperwork and if he needed to reimburse me for the tow. I sent over all the paperwork asked to get a email back that he received it….nothing back! It’s now March 27th and I haven’t heard from him since February!!! I got a call from the shop that my car was ready go to call him and he no longer works for the company! They really need to do better! What the point of assigning me an adjuster when all I do is call customer service for help. I absolutely HATE this insurance company. I’m going to start looking for a new company.

If I could give 0 I would. Our vehicle got stolen in Montreal and thankfully I was able to recover it due to extra tracking I had in the vehicle. It’s been a month and we have had zero action out of unifund to move our claim along and get us back in our vehicle. Adjuster was going to get it towed to a body shop when first even though it needed new keys which we let him know so we had to get it towed to a dealer and it’s now been 3 weeks waiting on the appraisal team to go see vehicle so we can get the parts ordered to get car back to us. Do not get insured by any company under the RSA umbrella.

I have called twice on one issue and waited for a call back for over a week. just to find out that there are absolutely no notes on file to begin with. Would not recommend this company.

Mixed experience here,Dealt with Gloria Lee Shing Koon, she is aweful, no e-mail follow-up, no returns of call, on a straightforward claim. I hold a Corporrate scotia Visa card. She went to lie to the car rental companie that My file was missing a document. Even after the late notice from Enterprise she did nothing.After several calls and emails, I finally got Eva to transfer my file to Brian Lai Yoon. Now I got the VIP service, the claim was closed in less than 4 hours, with calls and very cordial emails to follow-up.I just wished, I had him to start he gets 5 stars!

This is my work place n it's the best place I ever worked. Great staff great hours great salary plus I get to work from home some days

Bullshitt Misuse People info mess people’s records by putting someone else accidents on similar others persons profile. Don’t go to them. Worst. Bullshitt comp.

Celina Lauzon is terrible to deal with.Totally unprofessional. Does not respond to clients in a timely fashion. Do not like dealing with RSA!

Totally unprofessional. Stay away from this company! They will never pay your claim.
