Derrick did my inspection for me he was great to deal with, Derrick was able to get to my inspection within a few days of me contacting him very quick and accommodating for the quick possession date. Very friendly service with great communication and quick responses providing any information I was looking for prior to inspection, upon Derrick doing my inspection and me receiving the report I was more than satisfied he got me the report the same day of inspection in the evening.
