Good eats at a reasonable price.Bahn Mi very fresh and tasty.Also, you have many choices to choose from a meat eater to a vegetarian.The bowls they offer are great tasting but you need to wait 10 min for them to make it fresh

I have been going to this chain of Vietnamese sub shop for a while. They haven't changed much over the years and offer a variety of cold cut sandwiches. The pricing is fair and the subs are absolutely stuffed with meat and veggies. The sandwiches have very good bang for your buck. They also offer a variety of drinks and other snacks in the shop. Parking can be somewhat hard to find depending on of day. Whenever I go I usually park on the street.

Tried three sandwiches from this location and they were all delicious. Prices were really good between $6 - $7.5 for a good portion of their fillings. The buns were nicely toasted and airy inside, but it seemed like they weren’t fresh for the same day.

Sandwich is really good. Taste fresh and blance well for all the ingredients. Sandwich bun is very crispy and airy. Almost dessolve in your mouth when you bite into it.Came in the morning so not a lot of variety of appetizer and dessert dishes. I was hoping to get the sweet sticky rice or the buns but they font have it.Will came back next time to try other stuffs.

Excellent banh mi bread, big portion, fresh ingredients, and well balanced taste. The in store environment feels very old school vietnamese street store.

Good place and reasonably priced. Tried their grilled pork on rice and it was amazing. This location is quite busy around noon time but they work very fast so there wasn’t really a wait. We also ordered two bahn mi and they were both delicious.

Da best banh mi in town! I have tried pretty much all banh mi shops in YVR but nothing beats Ba Le. Taste, quality are top notch, not to mention reasonably priced. It’s very filling as well.Recommend the cold cut, lemongrass, xiu mai, and the vegetarian options for banh mi: beef chay, tofu bologna (these 2 together creat beautiful flavors! I always add them as extra meat).Don’t miss out their dessert, especially “che Thai.”Order online on Ritual to skip the line and banh mi is always ready to pick up when arriving at Ba Le.

It doesn't have parking. Only street metered parking. Very limited seatings. Most people go there for takeouts.The place used to look clean and trendy when it opened a few years ago, but now it looks like the shopowner doesn't even care about cleaning up the shop (see photos). Eg. The window curtains were so visibly dirty. There is no way they don't notice it. It's either they don't care, or they're visually impaired. This made me think how careful they prepared my food. The person who took orders also helped wrapping up food (eg. the sandwich I ordered) into a brown bag. Before that, I could see him on and off handling his cell phone. As many people may know, cell phones are one of the many things that harbour lots of germs.

The crispy bread was stuffed with lots and lots of meats and veggies! Cold cut banh mi was my favorite. Perfect lunch for a warm day. Reasonably priced.
