My wife and I have had a great experience working with Foothills Nursery when we wanted to buy trees for our home. Jacey was very helpful and professional from day one, she explained the requirements for the trees that we wanted and supported us every step of the way to select, and then during delivery and planting. She always answers my questions about the trees post planting. Josh and Jacob delivered the trees and planted them (took them 8 hours). They were very friendly, professional and supportive in answering my questions, providing their honest opinion and delivering an excellent job. Thank you

We had 7 trees planted today by Foothills Nurseries.They were great through the ordering process, got back to us right away, and set up a delivery and install time with quick turn around.They called us the morning of, came first thing to get the job done, were quick, efficient, and courteous, and came the day agreed to.After building a home and working with multiple trades - including other landscaping companies, both of which we had to chase around constantly - this was such a GREAT experience, we are so happy and would HIGHLY recommend.We intend on landscaping a large garden in front next with shrubs and will definitely be reaching out to FHN when we are ready.

Amazing establishment! I had only purchased one tree, so a small job but was treated just like a well established contractor! My dealings with the General Manager, customer service (AR and AP) to the delivery person was just amazing! Helpful and understanding in every way! They stand by their quotes and give amazing customer service no matter how small the job! Thank you very much for my families apple tree to celebrate our new twins!

Many thanks to Jacey and the great staff at Foothills for a very positive tree planting experience. We purchased a beautiful Foothills Green Ash a month ago. The excavation and planting of this large tree was on schedule and carefully done. We were given specific instructions for watering and care during this heat wave so the tree would not be overly stressed. However, that very same evening gusty winds tipped it slightly and we were quite concerned. A call to Jacey at Foothills a few days later resulted in them coming out once again, straightening the tree and staking it to prevent any future problems. It is now settling into its permanent home in our front yard. Thanks Foothills! Great customer service and follow-up support. We would highly recommend Foothills Nursery!

So impressed with this company! Always helpful and answered my questions anytime. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. Josh and a crew delivered and planted trees for us out in Drumheller and I am beyond satisfied with everything! I will be a returning customer now for sure!

I've been in the service industry professionally for over 26 years and the level of customer service that we received from Foothills Nursery was WORLD CLASS!! We received a tour of the farm from the President Josh whose knowledge and advice were invaluable. After selection the booking and planting process was top notch.......Jacey and Debi planned and followed up to ensure we were satisfied with everything!!!What a great experience..... I never write reviews but I had to tell you about this fabulous family/locally owned business run by fantastic people....not to mention the quality of the trees are top notch!!Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.
