Definitely an interesting experience. We have been greeted and seated quite quickly, we have been given crayons and a piece of paper and been told to feel free to draw on it? Like if we were in kindergarten. Maybe that should only be offered for guests with kids?Overall food was ok and that’s pretty much it, food was a bit blunt and boring. Perhaps use more flavourings? Also complimentary water would be good to start of the experience but had to ask which is fine but a bit unusual here in Canada. In terms of price it did work out quite expensive, I didn’t feel like I’ve received a good value for money.Although food filled me up and was ok, our waiter Alex was fantastic, I wouldn’t consider on going back there.

Good food and well priced after looking in a few other places.Portion size was good and the childrens menu was helpful showing pictures of the dish. The kids burger was as big as an adults burger!!!Service was good.Crayon's and drawing bits for kids which is always what A parent looks for to entertain their little monsters.

Probably the worst experience I've had dining in. The service was horrible. Imagine ordering 3 starters without any cutlery plates or napkins at your table....how are you suppose to eat? I had to get up walk to the kitchen and ask them for it. Then ordering my mains, a 12oz steak with grilled shrimp skewers and sweet potato fries and their chicken burrito bowl. The burrito bowl had stale chicken rice everywhere and barely any vegetables you would expect in burrito bowl. I asked for hot sauce for my wings (starter) and none came. The 4 cheese and spinach dip needed a search team to find the cream cheese in the dip. The pita chips were dry barely warm and hard to swallow. My steak was overcooked, dry and literally had zero taste whatsoever. All a decent steak needs is salt and pepper but somehow that's too much to ask for. 1 bite and I had to spit it out. Couldn't even swallow. That was the last straw I stood up went to the kitchen counter asked for my bill paid and left. I do not know how this place has a 4 star rating. I will never eat here or recommend a place like this to anyone.

Loved the steak and ribs. Order ribs and had refills as well loved all the different sauces.Server was nice and friendly .Really had great time .Will be back soon.

Absolutely LOVED our experience so much here on our first night in Jasper that we decided to stop again for dinner on our last night here! Shan was such a great server and made my birthday dinner beyond special! I definitely recommend coming here to celebrate birthdays and ask for Shan to be your server!Ignore the previous negative review about the crayons/paper that they offer when seated at your table. As adults, we actually had a blast with it :)…Creativity is good for all ages ;)Between our two visits, we had the shrimp appetizer, spinach dip appetizer, ribs, firecracker burger, sirloin, chicken burrito bowl, skillet cookie and apple crisp. Food was great and all of the staff was great! Highly recommend this location!Thanks again Shan for the positive birthday experience (and Shan, by the way…we did end up seeing a moose on our trip! Hopefully you get the chance too!)

Amazing! This is the place if you like BBQ, They have few different sauces and all of them are so good an unique (they even sell them by bottles).The place is great, good and fast service, the prices are good too. One of the best places to eat in Jasper.Mountain views are amazing.

The best experience we had while coming to jasper.Came in with family with dietary restrictions and was helped and served perfectly. Server checked and topped up our drinks and manager brought our food and checked back if everything is good.Food was amazingly good and filling as well. Well worth every dollar

Great place with the possibility to eat with a city view. The food is delicious and you can see the game on tv !
