Disappointed with the service. I couldn't find anyone to address some questions I had regarding a bathroom vanity so I asked the cashier who seemed bored. She had no idea what I was talking about. In my opinion, all staff should have some general knowledge in order to assist clients. I got no answers to my questions so I left empty handed. I won't go back there.

DO NOT buy name brand tools from here as the store does not want to support them. My husband bought a Milwaukee branded saw blade that wore out prematurely after 4 cuts. He brought it back to the store and was initially told that it’s not meant to cut metal (iron) even though the packaging and their website specifically stated it was. They said they can’t help him and he must reach out to Milwaukee for warranty support. He called Milwaukee, their technical rep confirmed that the blade should be more than capable for metal even thicker than what he was trying to cut and that it was most likely a defect with the blade and should be replaced under warranty. Milwaukee told him the store should give him a warranty replacement. I took the blade back to the store and was told they need to submit the request to their HQ to process through Milwaukee!! I was told 2-3 days and now over three weeks later after many follow ups, they are “still waiting to hear back” and “can’t do anything without HQ approval”. We are now without a saw blade and the money. Drive the extra 40 minutes to buy from a store that will stand by their products and do warranty exchanges without holding the customer’s products hostage!

Just like every-time I went. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable, smile on the face, ready to offer their help. I love this store. It’s my new go to store

The service counter guys Michel, Eric and Dennis all make the experience there a lot better. Good prices, hard workers.

Always friendly people there and good specials to have.

Very helpful staff and great selection for a smaller store with competitive prices

This is our local lumber/ construction store, lmr get most of our lumber and construction material there. We are living or 1932 farm house, it had been abandoned for 20+yrs. We've almost finished levelling the floors and rebuilding/ scissoring floor joists that had been cut! People there are very helpful and great to talk to. Prices are good!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sylvie from the paint department was very helpful and with her guidance we purchased the perfect paint for our project.

I honestly never write review but I'm getting quite fed up with this place. Worst service. They are always under staffed. (even before Covid-19) We never go there unless we absolutely have to. My husband just tried to go buy paint, he waited in front of the counter for 10 minutes, being completely ignored by the staff walking around. He managed to flag a employee down after a while and was told that nobody is working at the paint counter and no one can help him. On a busy Saturday. Makes alot of sense.

Very quaint. Lots of parking, friendly staff, great owner(s). Prices are very reasonable & usually carry what you need.
