Had a tour of the facility today, seems very nice, clean, my questions were answered. One concern is I am very big on reviews and at present reviews are quite old.

I recently volunteered at Oakcrossing to take pictures for their resident Christmas party. It was great to see how many families came out to celebrate with their loved ones and I can honestly say that some of the Recreation staff treat the residents so amazing, it was like they were family. I had residents family members come up to me teary eyed ,telling me how thankful they are to have such great staff helping their loved one every day.

From my experience they treat the staff horrible, are always understaffed, when ever I call I rairly get through and ontop off all that they failed to tell there staff about covid positive patients and staff the staff members had to hear it from the news, would not recommend.

Staff are horrible. Act as if people live where they work instead of treating it like they work in their homes.
