I needed the heels on my most favorite boots replaced. So after reading some of the reviews decided on going here! He showed me exactly the heel he was going to put on and my boots were ready and cleaned up, with new heels within a couple of hours! Fast, reliable and reasonable! Definitely recommend

I have visited Mr Kim numerous times for a variety of reasons ranging from shoe / slipper repairs to golf bag repairs. Each time he has delivered great service and the repairs have been conducted expertly and neatly. Most recently, I took an unusual repair request to him concerning my golf bag. Not only did he confirm he could make the repair, he charged me far less than what I was expecting AND he said the bag would be ready the same day which was very important to me. For all kinds of repairs Shoe Doctor is my place to go.

Shop owner keep changing his prices for shoe repair quoted $50 for repair now his saying he wants $120 for the repair. Wow! Might aswell buy new shoes. He kept my shoes as hostage as he wants me to pay more. Don’t go here if you don’t want to be screwed by Asian man who is a liar and will swindle you to get more money.

I have been here a couple times now, and each time I have always received exceptional service.The first time I used the shoe doctor was when I had the soles and heels repaired on my Italian leather boots. The craftsmanship was exceptional and they were done within a couple days.The second time I vitiated here was to repair the zipper on a bag of mine and the quality of work was really well done and was done in a quick and efficient manner.I would strongly recommend the shoe doctor.

Took a pair of my favorite black pumps to get the heal replaced. Good price AND I waited less than 10 minutes for them to get done! Will be going back there with my other shoes for sure!

Took my old pair of Geox boots here and he really did wonderous work. I asked for a zipper to get fixed on them but he went the extra mile and for $50 he polished them and replaced the laces. Now the pair looks good and with character. I recommend this guy.

This Gentleman is a Wizard (with over 30 years experience)! He SAVED two pairs of expensive shoes within 4 hours (heels/soles/both). Dropped off at 10am, picked up at 2pm. Also, there was an unpleasant scratch on the suede on one of them, which I was gonna ask him about when picking them up - I didn't have to, he cleaned/brushed/whatever-it-is for me! Fantastic service for a reasonable money. Thank you so much for your wonderful work! Definitely recommend to everybody from now on!

Went in to buy a key ring. Grabbed the key ring and went to the counter to pay. He says 75 cents". I saw a card machine and no sign stating a minimum transaction amount needed to pay by card
