We completed a major renovation and expansion of our home which included gutting the main floor, new siding, new rooflines, a new garage, a new deck and exterior work.Jeremy and Paul guided us through the design and estimation phase. They were very helpful with ideas and quick to respond to our questions. We felt valued as clients. Their pricing system was transparent and accurate. Unlike many other builders Alair gets all the trades to quote their jobs in advance.They assigned us a project manager who was knowledgeable, professional and reliable.We are thrilled with the final results. The project took longer than expected, though a part of the reason was weather related, not their fault.We would definitely recommend Alair.

I am just finishing our dream house with Paul at Alair Homes Central and the experience has been fantastic! Paul and his team, Grant as our Project Manager and Even as a carpenter, are absolutely unreal to work with. I am demanding and specific in my wants and needs and they are always willing to work with me and get me what I want. Another t is open book where nothing is hidden and so simple to get through choosing products, trades, etc. They also have great relationships with trades that seem to get them, and thereby us, very competitive pricing! If you are looking to do a build or renovation, I would suggest at least giving them a crack at it! Paul and Co. at Alair will not disappoint.

Our addition renovation was not without bumps and hiccups but when they were encountered. Alair was responsive to our concerns and did what should be done. With a change in Project Managers at the framing stage, Cory Symes seamlessly stepped in and got things going. The majority of the trades were great and did quality work. Appropriate measures were taken by Alair when Covid 19 hit to ensure that we as well as workers were safe. The end result is an open concept living room/beautiful kitchen, dining area and mudroom that makes me smile every time I walk into the area. I also love the new improved exterior, it looks like a new home. Thank you Cory for making it happen and sorting out some of the challenges that happened in the beginning. Also thanks to Grame, Nick and John!! Alair is a great team and company to hire for your residential construction needs.

We built our custom dream home with Paul, Jeremy and their team and would not hesitate to recommend them. We had a great working relationship with them which ended up being what we really appreciated the most about Alair. Very approachable and accessible, it's nice to feel like you are actually integral and in control of your project!

Alair Homes completed a major renovation on our home recently. Individuals with whom we worked, primarily Jason and Meaghan, were very professional, approachable and very respectful of our needs. Several changes that we asked to have incorporated into the project, after construction start, were easily accommodated. Results were excellent, the project was completed on time and, best of all, under budget despite several changes during the course of the project. Would definitely recommend Alair Homes and would seriously consider Alair Homes for any future renovation work that we may undertake.

After many months of frustrating consultations and misinformation being pitched our way, I had the fortune of being referred to Alair HomesRollin and his team were able to answer my questions, provide any information I required and gave me many options for my upgrades and renovations.Did I mention that this all happened AND they came in under budget. During home renos things can change that would put a strain on your finances if an issue surprises you. That didn't happen with Alair. Not only was I alerted ASAP but was given an extra effort on trying to get the price down to something reasonable but still had the best quality in the repair. Definitely felt like I was number 1 priority when issues started to stress me out.Great Job!!

We were interested in buying a home that needed some renovations done and after reading the other Google Reviews here, we decided to call Alair. Jeremy came to the home and gave us a comprehensive quote and provided lots of insight into the scope of the project and where best to spend our budget. It was a great experience! Unfortunately, the deal on the home fell apart so we didn't end up using Alair, but if we ever need renovation services in the future Alair would be the first call that I make.
