I went to Vernon eride to get help for an ebike already bought at a different place. I needed adjustments and seat since I wasn’t comfy. Pyro helped me choosing the right seat and made all the adjustments he could. Very good service and extremely professional. Fast as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to get a bike from them. Strongly recommended!

Took my 2 Igo bikes in on a warranty issue. They made me pay up front for 2 hours (I understand the need). When it came time to pick up the bikes, one had a horrible grinding noise in the hub. I took the bike back, and they tell me it has nothing to do with them, they don't know what it was like when I brought it in. Not their problem. Told me if I had bought my bike from them, they could take care of it. $ 125.00 buck an hour shop rate, and this is how they deal with a new customer ? I guess shame on me for not crossing the I's and dotting the T's. Word of warning to anyone going here, make sure they see the condition before you leave your bike, or they will mess something up, and take no responsibility.

Steve was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and pair us up with proper bikes.We purchased some accessories including a bike carrier and they were able to deliver stock as promised. Had an issue with seat being too high on one of the bikes and Steve resolved that problem quickly.We have enjoyed several lengthy rides in the late fall. Really excited with our new adventures thanks to Vernon E-ride.

Brought my Dost Ebike in to get a riser put in for my handle bars. They phoned to make sure I was ok with the product they were going to have to use as it was different than what I was expecting and it was all done within a couple hours. Great service and I was happy with the cost! I won’t hesitate to use them again for my maintenance needs.

First time bringing my Surface 604 in for repairs. Initially was looking at a $500 bill. Could have gone and done the repair and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead it turned out to be $140 repair as it just needed some tightening and adjusting on my torque sensor. As well he replaced a gear cable and cleaned up my bike. Really appreciated his honesty and going the extra mile.

We are from Calgary and wanted to buy an eBike, knowing little about the bikes except that it would be good for my wife with a bad knee.We wanted a Magnum bike of which Vernon E Ride carried. That is what led us to Vernon eBikes. We spoke with them at length, several times over the phone about this and other bikes; pros, cons, benefits for someone of my wife's riding capabilities. They were patient, extremely informative and helpful. Darren and Beaver knew their stuff!! They bent over backwards to assist us.Due to CoVid, all supplies of any eBikes in Western Canada were limited, but Vernon had some come in and let us know. Their good service caused us to drive from Calgary to Vernon just to purchase this bike. We went down and they had a couple models ready for us to test ride to ensure the Magnum was the bike for us. Sure enough it was. Their after purchase advise and offers of future assistance were a sign that we had made the correct decision on who to shop with. eBikes aren't cheap, so we needed to shop with confidence.They have a full range of bikes and accessories, which made this one stop shop great for us!We will be back for any future purchases!thanks so much guys!

I bought my Surface 604 Rook a few years ago at their Kelowna store (Vernon store not yet open) and recently took it to Vernon for servicing. I live out of town and the staff were very good at getting my service done quickly so that I didn't have to wait too long. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I'll return for future servicing and have recommended the store to friends who are looking to purchase an e-bike.
