A drink that costs over $7 can't possibly have this much ice in it. Next time just fill it with ice to the top!!

Pro's:- service has been friendly and timely- atmosphere tidy, clean and welcomingCon's:- drinks never made properly (I usually get an espresso frapp. And each of the 3 times I've been to this location the drinks tasted different and none of those times did they taste nearly as good as I've had at other locations.)- received breakfast wraps that were messy(leaking out the side and wrapped poorly) and the potato as was as the bacon where undercooked(I might be just picky but the potato was white and slightly hard like frozen hashbrowns that got heated enough to just be not frozen and the bacon was completely limp, slimey and stretchy).

The first thing I noticed here was that it's definitely the most clean Starbucks I ever visited. Staff was very friendly and seemed really enjoying their work. Would definitely come here again!

Quick stop for some tea & baked items. Staff extremely professional and friendly. Business is very clean and in convenient location with way parking near highway and still within City limits.

Service is good but can’t seem to make a full coffee. will not be going to there to pay 7 dollars on a coffee that is not filled to the top. This is not the first, when I brought it to their attention they said I didn’t order it right and their machine makes it’s like that. No Starbucks that I have ever gone to has had this problem. So now I’m here venting.

Amazing place! When it first opened in Gananoque, I was so excited since I don't travel to Kingston very often. The beverages and food is so delicious! I go there every weekend for a treat and the staff are so kind!
