Beautiful place with lots to do and lots of wild life. We saw a black Wolf on the region. The river was fantastic. The campgrounds are well maintained for being free.

Clean and quiet campground and it's free! The flats are really cool to drive onto. There were lots of chipmunks and birds around.

This is a place is amazing because it’s free, it’s far away from everything and there’s no cell reception, the fact that there’s no cell reception means not a lot of people go there, and the drive from Vancouver to this place is both breathtaking and so worth it. It’s my favourite place on earth. I bought an overpassing vehicle BECAUSE I wanted to be able to camp on the Sandy delta and not the actual camping area because the views are all outside of the camping areas.

Nice place, the lake level was a little low, so the water was quite a ways away. There is a river beside the campsite, white water and very loud... calming after a while.Bring spray for flies and smell in the pit toilets. They are maintained and cleaned regularly by the looks of it (done while we were there). Recycling bins are provided as well as garbage cans.

Awesome free campsite, offering a great camping experience with lots of shade. Mosquito / bug spray recommended. We just went there two (2) weeks ago. You can pitch your tent, or pull in with your RV / trailer. The river runs in your backyard and the last remains of Minto are next door.

Very private hidden site away from everything. Easily accessible just off the road (though the road itself is somewhat precarious with lots of debris and potholed gravel sections). The site is free to stay at, with advisory to limit stay to under 2 weeks. Good privacy, as the site had maybe 10% capacity late June. There is a lake, but it is low and thus far out. The river is very nice and calming.Washrooms: OuthousesShowers: NoElectrical: NoReception: NoBugs: 4/10. Not bad.Bears: YesFirewood: No host onsite, will need to bring your own wood in. I was able to scavenge some abandoned and partial burnt wood from empty campsites.

Awesome, free little campsite available for all to use. Outhouses on site, and creek runs nearby.Bring your ATV and Wellington boots, because you're going to them in the surrounding mountains and abandoned mines!

This is one of those reviews where I don't want to give 5 stars to keep such a gem of a place quiet. But the reality is - very nice campground, well maintained, in a beautiful location. If you're looking for a place to stay while in Bridge River Country, this is the best option I found.
