Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond. A fairly small store with lots of options to help with any project. Also a great place for cleaning supplies.

this store is the closest one to our home in the east end and we went there for convenience, but turned out it was NOT convenient at all!!Store staff are lack of training, you can barely get help on what you are looking for. We ordered some stuff in store to ship to this store specifically, they took down 20% deposit ( which I've never experienced that in any other Homehardware, but okay..) when we went to pick it up, we had to change it to a different size ( our own mistake), but they were not refunding our deposit. so NO FREE return/exchange.!!Why would I ever shop in your store again when online & ALL other stores have free shipping & free returns?.

Very very expensive place. Go home depot. When you go to return something they are not accepting. Very very rude store manager there. She is yelling when we go to return something. Away from this location.

Staff are friendly and try their best but selection of product is poor and inventory shown on the website does not match what is available in store.

I am delighted with the service at this store. Dakota who answered the phone arranged for the product that I needed was delivered the same day into their store.
