Friendliest Starbucks I've been to!!! Krista was the name of my barista and she was super nice to talk to while she was making my pumpkin super latte frapuccino grande drink. She usually makes my coffee there and the only negative thing about her is that she is ridiculously good looking. Oh boy, I will already miss her when she stops working there :( seriously whenever you go there, ask for krista

I left a decent review a few months ago, but my review has changed since then.It was busy as usual, and the long wait time was always expected.The last few times I have visited, the drinks we ordered weren't the drinks we had asked for.When it came to getting a refund, I had to wait. There was a lot of waiting from the time I placed my order, to the time I got my first set of drinks. More waiting for the drinks to be remade and even more waiting for the refund.If you've gone to this Starbucks, chances are, you already know what to expect.

It's the only Starbucks in town, and it's a kiosk right at the entrance of Safeway. Crowded most of the time, especially early and in the afternoon. They don't always have what is needed for drinks, and being in Rupert, an equipment breakdown is harder to bounce back from. That said, staff is always great, never impatient, they work really jard in there!!

Extremely long wait times for service every time I go. Stood at the till for 5 minutes waiting to place an order while there was one customer being served. Go anywhere but here for coffee.

We came into Prince Rupert on a cruise and stopped here to get coffee mugs to add to our collection. The ladies here were very friendly.

They staff can sometimes be a little hard at hearing so make sure your clear with ur order.

Doesn't matter if there is 1 worker on or 4.. I find myself still standing in line for a good 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges me. I would also enjoy my visits more if they weren't always out of Oat milk option. Rupert needs more than just a kiosk Starbucks

My wife used to work in a Starbucks so she has kind of a weird attitude about the Safeway Starbucks, like it isn't a real Starbucks or something. It's a real Starbucks. They have cake pops.
