Raymond and Gonpo were prompt, professional, and did a phenomenal job in record time. This morning, my sink came apart and there was water everywhere due to a poor installation from previous tenants. Within a couple of hours, Raymond and Gonpo arrived, diagnosed the issue, and explained everything clearly. They were able to use their drain auger and related plumbing tools to deal with the blockage and fixed up the drain pipes to be better than they were before! I highly recommend True Service Plumbing. After receiving a quote that was higher than anticipated, I reached out to True Service which truly lives up to its name. I needed a cartridge replaced in the shower, and within moments of Max arriving, the issues was resolved. Max took the time to explain the issue, review safety challenges and resolve which actually improved the performance of the shower prior to the issue.You know, being unsophisticated plumbing other vendors can easily take advantage. here, for a fraction of the prior quote received the matter was resolved in a sincere and timely matter. I could not have received better service than from Raymond at True Service, and his technician Matt. Kudos and congratulations for being exceptional work!

Raymond was exceptionally professional on responsive. Had a main drain backup that was flooding my basement. True service plumbing came in the very next day and was able to excavate and replace the old breather pipe that was crushed by the foundation wall. Very well prepped and they lay drop clothes to not dirty my carpets. I highly recommend this company for my future plumbing issues!

Raymond and Mohammed were very pleasant and professional. Communication was quick and easy, and the work was well done.I contacted True Service Plumbing for help with a severely clogged toilet, they responded within 30 minutes and we scheduled the service for the next day.Raymond and Mohammed showed up to diagnose the problem, turned out my toilet was way too old, and I clogged it with wet wipes. They went to get me a new toilet and a bidet I requested. They came back, and got everything cleaned up and installed. The whole service took them less than 2 hours. Awesome!
