Thieves! I am surprised this company is even allowed to operate! They sent me only one out of three items, called them mulitple times, they accepted to refund me, but never happened. it has been more 3 months now

Be aware of the risk before ordering.We were initially very happy with the first couple of orders but then we recently had an order with missing items and have not received a refund since more than a month even if we were promised one.

Customer service was not supportive. Wrong items were delivered and they refused to provide the correct one despite numerous attempts at contact over the course of a week.

Worst customer service. I’ve ordered several times from these people so once they mixed up my order tried to call them but no answer. My last order couldn’t be fulfilled due to incorrect quantity advertised in their website.talked twice to their customer service to get my money back, some thing that they should have done automatically but have not received my refund yet after almost a week. I don’t know what has happened to them but can tell with confidence that at this level of extremely poor quality of service they won’t stay in this business for long time.

I really liked Rumi when they first opened shop.We had the occasional, past best before date but nothing expired. That being said I stopped ordering bread, fruits and vegetables from them immediately after my first order. Of course you're going to get what's about to go bad first unless you hand pick yourself.They were good for me while they lasted. It like like they're closing it down.

The latest delivery was missing 2 main items, they didn't even bother acknowledging the missing items.After calls and emails, they agreed to refund the charges, still waiting after more than two weeks, not gonna happen.This is a classic case of a failing business, taking everyone down with them.

Only if I could post 0 stars!Extremely unreliable businessFor my last online order, I received only 1 item out of 5 items in the original order but they charged me for the complete order. My request for a refund is still under process even after a month!Poor services, poor customer service, and low-quality materials. Will not recommend them at all

I was one their customer and they were pretty good before but look at attached picture and you will find out how bad is quality of breads. Breads cooked few days before delivery I assume.

They started well, but in the past couple of months their service has been very bad.When you order, you need to make sure to uncheck the box which allows them to bring something similar to what you ordered. Last month, I had ordered raisins used with rice and instead they brought regular raisin. I complained and they said a supervisor would call me but nobody did.A few days ago, I had pitted dates in my order. Instead, they brought regular dates but what is worse was that the dates were expired by a month and half. Once again, I called and left a message , but no one called me back.I am not going to order from them anymore.

They deliver the package so late and the bread was so bad. Not recommend anymore
