Don’t waste your time going in here, the staff are so unprofessional, rude and poorly trained. I’ve been a Fido customer for years and if my opinion was solely based on my experience with this store, I’d have left Fido/ never joined… just head down to the Richards street store where they actually care about customer service, and they’ll help you out. They’re great there.

An agent tricked us into changing our phone provider by lying to us. His name is Bob and works online. Either he gets fired or I will file a report with my lawyer. He tricked us by giving us fake discounts and I changed my provider and just today I realized not only I was charged 50 for service (which he said would be zero), I was also charged the regular plan fee… This is not a joke and a formal discrimination of law.

It was a miserable experience dealing with FIDO Robson store.I signed a Plan contract on 04/02 afternoon, the lady told me to wait for FIDO text message (such as: we have received a request to transfer your number …….), then, install the new FIDO SIM card. She said the message should come soon, the latest would be the following morning (04/03).Wait till 04/03 noon, still not received, I went to the store, there was only one guy with no customer, who didn’t even want to listen to my question, just said: You did not sign the contract with me, there is nothing to do with me, you have to wait for her’. That’s two days after!Even worse, my original 7-11 “Speakout” phone number was terminated this morning as they knew I would transfer the number to FIDO. Suddenly, I lost internet access and phone call/receiving.The original lady who signed contract with me was trying to help, but I have to wait till she is back to work, and told me I will need a new number, which I DO NOT want.Finally, call 1866****** number, everything got straightened.

TERRIBLE, They STOLE ME AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES BROKE THE CODE OF ETHICS AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME. I got my plan in this location back on July 4th. Amanda, one of the staff, was the one who helped me that day. However she told me I had to pay 2 months in advance (July and august) for the promotion they had at that time ($50 for 20gb) and that my app would still ask me to pay for the $100 but that it would go away that I didn’t have to worry. Now on September my Fido bill came overdue saying I didn’t pay since July and when I went back to the store to clarify this. The employees where super rude, cutting me off and telling me I was basically lying, they kept saying they couldn’t show me my contract saying they couldn’t go that back in the system. Which is a lie! When I tried explaining Amanda was the one who charged me that they said there was no girl working at that location, however later One of the employees mentioned her name. When I asked when she would be at the store they said she is on vacation and will come back until November! I thought Amanda stapled the $100 receipt to my contract after she charged me but she didn’t. She only stapled the SIM card receipt. I’ve been trying to fix this for weeks but it’s impossible to contact any customer service representative. They STOLE ME AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES BROKE THE CODE OF ETHICS AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME.

The worst customer service ever!!I went back to the store after they scammed me with a Black Friday deal they didn't even added to my plan and the rude impolite guy told me I'm WASTING HIS TIME and if the plan is wrong I can cancel!!!!!!!!! Asking why my plan is wrong!! What the actual heck???It's disgusting how disrespectful, rude and unhelpful they are!!

We applied for the original new plan A (20GB-39CA/per month) in this store, but the clerk deliberately chose the highest new plan B (30GB-45CA/per month) without our consent, which means that we We have to pay a higher fee. Afterwards, we evaluated that we still hoped to use plan A, but we were responsible for the cancellation fee of 50 Canadian dollars caused by changing back to plan A. In the end, when we went back to the store, all the staff including the store manager were shirking their responsibilities. They refuse to take responsibility for this cancellation.

If you're going to choose this service provider DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT. Go to this location. At least until they get rid of their entire staff. They are dishonest, rude and unprofessional. It's baffling how this corporation has let these scammers continue to represent them despite all these scathing reviews. They (a rep named Amanda") charged my partner two months advance bill payment upon her service initiation. Low and behold my partner still ended up getting a bill for the first month. When we went in for an explanation they rudely dismissed us saying they don't charge "advance payments" and when we asked to speak to the rep who did the sale they said no one by the name "Amanda" works there! Incredible! And when we asked to confirm the conditions and payments on the contract they lied and said that they "don't have access to those". This store is so bad and fraudulent it's almost hilarious. Please do your self a favor and avoid at all costs."

If you do not want to sign up a phone plan, the staff there not even bother to talk with you. Worst customer service experience ever. Funny thing is the guy was the one I originally signed the phone plan with. Lol

Don't fall for their Promotions" or "Deals". It's actually a scam - I am not exaggerating. I was promised to pay a certain amount per month and receive certain rebates. Fido was not aware of any of the contents I discussed with the store associate (Mitch). They kept and is still charging me amounts way beyond what I was promised and there is nothing I can do. Now I'm stuck with a 2 year plan with very bad network coverage.Fido customer service is absolute garbage and they don't understand basic English. I had to repeat things multiple times and in different ways but they never understand a thing they say. And they purposely drop your call if they don't know what to do. Piece of advice
