Nice enough breakfast but they need to invest in new cutlery, we had to rip our food as the knives are so blunt and thin it wouldn't cut anything ,also they stick into your hands when using them ,very cheap and nasty

Food was nice, Big portions. staff were ok but the lady serving us really lacked in communication and customer service skills! Added someone elses bill to ours aswell, if we hadnt noticed we wouldve paid double the amount due.

Went to the Dundee location and it was amazing. Staff were lovely, and you can't complain about the portion size! Very good pancakes, would recommend to anyone.

The place is dated. Staff are like zombies. Very dirty and dusty. Tables hadn’t been cleaned. Booths are cramped. Now for the food: Kids burger was disgusting, on par with Icelands frozen burgers. (If you know, you know).Class of water had floaters as with a green tea.Mac and cheese bland. Club sandwich used packet chicken! It’s like the place is geared towards low income families who don’t know any better. I dread to imagine what state the kitchen is in, and today was dead. Probably a sign!The basics guys, all of these are missed. It’s like an episode of Ramsey Kitchen nightmares!

Feels a bit run down but still seems quite popular with locals.Service was a bit slow and the food which arrived was not exactly what had been ordered.To the credit of the waitress she was very apologetic and quickly resolved the issue.The place is sort of 'OK' if you just want basic cafe food at a reasonable price.

Wee treat today. Stopped off for some lunch at Dunfermline 's Pancake Place. Table service by a pleasant waitress. Two coffees, fish and chips and scampi and chips ordered. Didnt wait too long for our food to arrive. Well presented, hot,.very reasonable price. Will definitely be back soon.

Lovely and easy on the pocket. An all day breakfast pancake with 3 strips of bacon(£7.99), a soup and half sandwich(£4.99) served with crisps, coleslaw and lettuce, 2 hot drinks, under £18!!!Service staff were polite and accommodating. Special thanks to Yasmin who was so patient with me as I cannot decide to go for lentil or the hot tomato soup, she brought me a taster to sample.The soup and sandwich were generously portioned, pancake was very yummy, definitely going to return.

Wow, we had a really nice first experience here -friendly staff and graat food. Adults had a veggie breakfast, latte, and kids had a burger and friends option, chocolate royale, and a big stack of chocolatey pancakes. What an amazing brunch ☺️ Shame it is not in Aberdeen. We will be back.
